It was done in Germany and really showed what
that war was like .....
opening scene showed a medal ceremony and a
German sergeant was told unless he fixed up his
uniform he would not get a medal .... he asked if
they were going to Russia and if so he did not need
the medal and then laughed.

last scene showed the freezing and surrounded troops
get iron crosses dropped into them.
