5. Did I miss an amendment to the Constitution being passed giving Congress
the right to override the Constitution without going through the whole amendment approval process or was that changed too? Last time I checked if it's unconstitutional, as spying on an American without a warrant would be, it wouldn't be up to Congress to allow or not... although goodness knows they've passed laws and such before in an attempt to circumvent it... only to be thrown out by the high courts.
