You're giving him too much credit in that letter. This is how I think it will go:

I can't fucking believe this. I am God's chosen dictator for this country and the wrath of Him will come down on you for forcing me out. You just wait. Katrina will seem like a day at the theme park in comparison. He told me so himself last night. He said, "George, go ahead and do what they want. I will get revenge on those Americans myself. You just drink your warm milk. Here's your binky. No, I don't have time to read you 'Goodnight Moon' again. I said NO! Now, climb in your race car bed and dream of bunnies hopping through wildflower filled meadows. Everything will be just fine." See? There's your proof.

All I ever wanted to do was increase my bank accounts, and the bank accounts of all my friends, and cleanse this country of it's lazy welfare loving poor assholes. Oh, and leave such an overwhelming debt that your great grandchildren will still be struggling to pay it off. My great grandchildren will be fine, though. There's enough blood money in my family to last many generations.

For now, though, I'm taking my marbles and going the fuck home. Fuck you all.
