Why can't someone go after these lawyers' licenses? My point is, everyone knows attorneys like this specialize in telling corporations how to 'circumvent' the law but this borders on suborning perjury - AND it's on tape.

I assume, when the employers submit for green-cards, they have to sign affidavits stating they made a good faith effort to hire an American. If coaching your client to set up 'sham interviews' isn't suborning perjury to those affidavits, I don't know what is. The programmer's guild needs to put this in front of the states bar in the applicable jurisdictions.

Silly attorneys, they forgot the cardinal rule - "say anything and put nothing in writing" - in this case, say nothing on tape.
