That's what he's implying (at least to me) if he is comparing the Iraq war to Kosovo.

Or did he manage to admit that Bush actually caused the scenario in which Sunnis are killing Shiites and vice versa, by destroying the Iraq military and security infrastructure?

And did he indicate how we would stop ethnic hatred between Shiites and Sunnis by continuing to have our troops serve as police, security guards, and human shields between the two sides by staying there forever? If we leave Iraq 5 years from now, will cross-ethnic conflict have stopped by then, or will we face the same thing?

This is the same old argument I heard about Vietnam, that we can't pull out because it will leave a bloodbath behind, but by staying we were also creating a bloodbath anyway.
