If the NFL isn't going to at least suspend his padded ass, I say:

The name on the back of his jersey shall be "Jane"

Incomplete pass: chained to a buried car axle for no less than 20 days.

Intercepted pass: get shot at with a .22 caliber pistol

Bad hand-off: get electrocuted

Get sacked: splashed with a water hose and electrocuted.
