They're athletes, not trained beasts. There isn't a criminal culture built around it, and for the most part, they're just average people outside of the ring. I tried boxing and I found it empowering. My fiance used to compete in full-contact karate and is taking up boxing. I wouldn't refer to her a trained beast.

If law enforcement isn't necessarily the answer, then what is your answer? Ask the thugs to please kindly stop abusing animals?
