especially when funds are limited.. This is what tickles me when the right wingers claim to want to deport every brown person in the country. SOME of these people (probably MOST of them) are LEGALLY here. This is why we will need a biometric ID to sort out the ones who are not..otherwise we have a hard time denying them services.. same for medical care.. It's a double-edged sword.. lefties don't want to be IDed and neither do righties :)..so we'll never get our universal health care and they will never get their "deport all brown people" laws :) It's a stalemate..and guess who "wins"? the ones with all our money :)
