7. Last time I checked, a subpoena is an 'order' to appear...
Anytime I received a subpoena for jury duty, I was told it would be followed up by the sheriff picking me up if I failed to appear. And on the House vote for 'inherent contempt', they do have their own 'police' available to carry out seizures in case of refusals to appear. It is under the direction of the sergeant-at-arms for the House of Representatives. But before they do this, they need to grow a spine, and also get Pelosi permission.
