33. I just received a response from B&N. The say that the banner on the Rush site is not paid for.

"The banners on Mr. Limbaugh's website are available to participants in
our affiliate program. Barnes & Noble does not pay for these banners.The
affiliate program is an open network designed to allow websites to link
from their site to Barnes & Noble.com (www.bn.com) for the purpose of
selling books and other products we offer. Premiere Radio Networks, a
subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications, is a current participant in
our affiliate program. "
