13. Concerning the gun on the front of the boat.

The Coast Guard installed many of these guns after '911' and use them on rivers in populated cities. In the recent years they have installed them on their boats on the Great Lakes. We have a real rage against the people here in the US of A. I think that MN is showing what Martial Law will look like.
