14. Turnout Hurt...

I just chatted with a friend in SoCal who was pissed and his reason was that turn-out in his district was down from past elections. He lives in a heavily Democratic area and said he thought that since there wasn't a real "big ticket" race and Obama had such a big lead, they didn't bother to go to the polls. It'll be interesting to see if this had an effect on this proposition.

Maybe a Cali DU'er with access to the numbers can look inside and see if turn-out was down in Democratic areas.
