Although KO has never mentioned why, I think his silence speaks volumes on that particlularly since he has sponsored the more cultured and soft spoken Rachel. I was aboard a ship with Randi for seven days and found her to be rather shy, not anything like her radio personality. I grew up surrounded by people who constantly belittled assertive women for being loud, not ladylike, and many other terms not fit for polite company. I was punished for raising my voice and "behaving like a boy" to the point that today people have to ask me to speak up. It's so ingrained in our society that assertive women aren't, oh well, feminine and therefore obnoxious that people don't even see it when it surfaces in their criticisms.
