Ummmm. Well, we do have this thing called the deficit. Since Obama campaigned on rolling back the Bush tax cuts for the rich that would pay for the middle class cuts, that would bring in an additional $200B in revenue per year. So yes, I think it's important to know where that money was SUPPOSED to come from, like he campaigned on.
