Yesterday President Barack Obama said, and I quote, "I screwed up", in regards to the Tom Daschle debacle. He said it. He admitted he screwed up. He admitted to being fallible and human, something bush absolutely refused to do for eight fucking years and untold thousands of dead people.

When bush was asked if there was ANYTHING he'd regretted doing, and he absolutely refused to admit to any kind of screw up, bush's don't admit screwing up, that's for others to admit. Only a bush could have such a monstrous ego as to never admit screwing up, ever, even once.

It's god damned refreshing to hear a politician ADMIT that they screwed up, it takes a MAN to face up to his errors and admit it in public.

Sharp contrasts between this president and the last will continue to manifest themselves in the future, this being a prime example.

No president in history has EVER screwed things up as badly as bush, and no president in history ever denied his responsibility so glaringly as bush.

Right on President Barack Obama. We all screw up from time to time, we're human, and the bigger people admit it openly and freely.
