the Internet is still a baby and there are still some who do not use it fully to become informed. But that will change with time.

As long as the net remains available in the form it does today, then perhaps over time (if there is any left) things will change.

More and more people are moving from the TV to the Internet, for everything.

The type of ignorance that will remain is the type that will never change, no matter what facts are placed before them.
