Personally, I think this is utterly stupid, offensive, and a waste of aluminum, but if someone is dumb enough to waste ten thousand dollars on idiotically engraved receivers, then I suppose it's their money. There are in excess of 30 companies that make AR-15 type rifles (they're the most popular centerfire rifle in the United States), so finding a company to do custom engraving wouldn't be hard. I do hope these don't sell worth a crap, though.

Personally, I'd rather see a "Democratic Underground" edition, but that's just me. :D (I already own a carbine, though, so I really can't justify buying a second receiver.)
