2. Not concerted?
Does anyone find it strange that all of these newly empowered R's in every statehouse across the country have the exact same marching orders? AL is a right to work state so they simply removed the ability of the teacher's union to contribute money to any campaigns. This entire process has been orchestrated somewhere else and handed to the newly elected R's in every state. They're all utilizing the same blueprint and they have been commanded to execute it in damn the torpedoes fashion.
