Republicans support Trump in very similar amounts as past nominees. How
can that be when he has shown himself to be a person that would try to falsely overturn the election, bribe a foreign country for help against his opponent, call a state official and ask him to find votes, make up false stories about what Ashley was doing when shot, disregard national security documents security, treat people like dirt, state plans for revenge, turn his back on an ally, etc.
Not only that, but then you have the record number of those he has appointed in the past saying how bad he is. You have folks like the McCains and the Romneys and the Cheneys and other republicans saying that he should not be supported.(or close to saying that, or at least those that supported them in the past being offended)
How can this not be cutting into the amount of republicans that support him.
At one point, I believe, Lincoln Project co-founders Steve Schmitt said there would likely be a split of the GOP party, due to those that can not tolerate a guy like Trump and those that love a guy like that.
Evidently, there is not even a hint of such a splitting.
Here is some support of his support levels.

INFLATION - by COUNTRY - oil? -covid? supply? price-gouging?
It must be something or somethings with a global effect.
If it were price gouging and/or fixing, would that cause this global effect? No doubt it would have a global effect in my opinion, but it seems it would be most pronounced in the USA. The inflation figures on a whole show that it is less in the USA.
For 2023, the United States seems to have done well compared to most of the top 20 or so national economies.
I think this information would make a great Democratic Ad.
The USA has done well to control the inflation set off by COVID
INFLATION - by COUNTRY (2023)
Japan - 3.27%
Canada - 3.88%
USA - 4.12%
Brazil - 4.59%
France - 4.88%
Mexico - 5.53%
Italy - 5.62%
Germany - 5.95%
Philippines - 5.98%
Russia - - 6.69% - NOTE -> 2021 est. not 2023
UK - - 6.79%

Ashley Shot in the Face While Protesting, Guards Inviting the Protesters in. Trump's Distortions & Lies
This is what I would like an interviewer, or a debater, to say to trump.
Ashley was not "protesting" when shot. She was breaking through a barrier that was protecting our representatives.
And if you are going to state a specific part of her body where she was shot, don't lie about which body part it was.(he said she was shot in the face; it was the upper chest)
At another time, you knowingly lied and caused great harm to a law enforcement officer when you implied that Ashley was attempting to hold back other protesters when she was shot. You love to lie like that because you get away with it and the lies help shape the minds of your followers in your favor.
You know that the guards that let the insurrectionists pass were of 2 types, those who feared for their life and felt like hostages, and those that had been indoctrinated by your false claims of the election being stolen. Meanwhile, as the insurrection and assaults were going on, you sat silently, hoping that the hostile takeover of the government would be successful enough to keep you in power.
You lied on election night when you acted like it was obvious that you had won and that the counting should be stopped. You knew that many mail in ballots were going to be fairly counted at a much slower rate than the votes cast on election day. You knew that this was called the Red Mirage, and yet you used it to try to stay in power and avoid the embarrassment of the loss. You didn't care if it would cause civil war, or lead to people dying, which it did. .
There are many more examples of these blatant lies. Types of lies that are far more sinister than the lies we are used to from politicians. Your lies are on another level, an evil level.
You know you are lying. You plan your lies and know that they are taken as truth by your followers. You don't care that you lead them astray, you only care for the power that they help you achieve. Your quest for power at the expense of our country and humanity is similar to many of the worst dictators from the past.
I feel that I am left of the Dem's center. Can a Dem that wins in a heavily Red area be my VP favorite?
Joe Manchin for example, he won as a Dem in a Red state, but his positions are often not my favorite.
Would a Dem politician that wins state wide in Kentucky likely be far more to the center than myself?
What about a house member that wins in an area that leans heavily Republican?
It is a GREAT DAY to START AGAIN. We are running against the Terrible and we are running for a Great Tomorrow.
Harris spoke well and talked about Trump being a terrible human being.
She called out many manifestations of his nastiness.
Then Harris said the following, and it was like when a song changes from a chorus to a refrain.
It brought forth, to me, great emotion and even a tear.
There is more to this campaign than that. Our campaign has always been about 2 different versions of what we see as the future of our country, 2 different visions for the future of our country:
One focused on the future.
The other focused on the past."
Please STOP Fostering Anger. Democratic Leaders Should Not Be Called Terrible Things
You may not agree, but they love our country and are doing what they believe is best.
Most of them cannot tell you why they are doing what they are doing, at least not yet. So, be calm and respectful.
Some cannot say the exact reasons they are doing what they are doing, at least not yet, because they need to maintain the support of virtually all of their current supporters. I imagine some of their reasons would be too blunt. Some may feel they need their peers to join in before they speak with stronger language.
We will need many of these House members and Senate members to win elections. Let's not call them terrible things.
It is unfair to attack them here, because we do not allow defending most of the reasons that they are citing. So, the attacks are very one sided and are causing undue anger.
Please Trust our Democratic Leaders. Support Biden while allowing the leaders to do what they feel is necessary.
If we bully them and disparage them; we may cause them to be less effective leaders.
We will weaken our own party. Let's support Biden without weakening belief in our leaders, and without weakening the future electability of our Democratic leaders.
Gavin Newsom May Be a Generational Talent!!!
Everyone is human, and will have flaws, ie, less than perfect traits in every category.
Perhaps if he would use some eye-drops so that he would blink less.
etc etc.
Perhaps his voice could be a little more pleasant.
Still, I feel he may be a generational talent
The future is exciting.
Government Funded CANCER Research $ needed?
How many dollars should the Federal Government spend of Cancer Research?About 50,000 Americans die every month, that's over half a million USA deaths per year.
My opinion of the amount, off the top of my head goes like this :
We spend, I think, about $1,000 billion per year for the military.
Maybe we could spend 5% of that on fighting Cancer. (i.e. $50 billion a year)
