It is not "paying hush money" for the sophomoric. It is the charge of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. Essentially, business fraud.

Today's media, if I were to rob a bank and just so happen to park my car in front of a fire hydrant. Imagine that every network will focus on the legality of the parked car, how far away from the hydrant was the car, how often is that hydrant is in use, was the hydrant properly painted to be recognized as a hydrant. etc. Barely giving mention of the true crime of robbing the bank.
I believe that this no more than the furtherance of the "both sides-ism" that is occurring in MSM just for the sake of getting more revenue.

My grandson is a Boy Scout working on Citizenship in the Nation Merit Badge
He is 11 years old and has many questions about what is being reported on the "news" on section three of the Fourteenth Amendment. I will let you read the requirements http://usscouts.org/usscouts/mb/mb003.asp
The question that he had was, that why does media keep mentioning about a conviction? There is no requirement of a conviction as a qualifier of disability.

"Section 3

He has the understanding from where this amendment came from and how it was necessary at that time and how it was installed to prevent anyone trying to break our union again.
In this case, my grandson is smarter than most of the journalist and Supreme Court Justices.

I have a neighbor that lives in a well-known Florida retirement community, part time.
In a completely sober conversation from her, I have learned that we have it all wrong about the education system of Florida.
The teachers are going to great lengths to teach with great explicit means just about every unusual and varied graphic sexual situation to primary school children.
Not only that, but there's also the library books issue. Evidently they are just rife with even more sexually explicit materials, complete with "how to" of all sorts of sexual behaviors. Again in the primary schools.
I started to ask how these books ended up in these libraries in the first place but, I deferred to my better instinct to take her for her word and that she believes this to be factual and not say anything.
I am not sure where she gets her information, she does believe it to be true.

Just watched yet another commercial advertising Zeba shoes and how you can now just slip your feet into laced up shoes.
I have heard a radio ad for shoes for children that, you don't have to "fight" with your children to put their shoes on, anymore.
My baby, now 32, grew up in the Velcro generation, learned from her best friend next door, that just learned to tie her shoes, taught her to tie hers, reducing my headache by much.
And then, there is my grandson, now 11. Watching him tie his shoes make me think that he will be well suited for a bomb squad. He is my lesson in life about patience, tolerance, and understanding.

Just saw the oddest thing on MSNBC
Ari show was actually giving credit of the positive news of the economy. Albeit it was on a few minutes, and I only caught the end of the segment but, it was a little refreshing to hear. As opposed to the constant republican strategy and analysis.
