If I’m traveling abroad and the US administration declares martial law, what would be the best steps to take to get back to the US?

Please call your Reps to talk some sense into the administration to stop the markets from tanking.
Ask everyone you know to do the same.

Bottom line this administration is causing us to lose so much (not just money,) and the destruction must stop.

This is the message that needs to be said over and over in cities, rural areas, schools etc.

I try not to look back but I blame the Senate

For not impeaching this poor excuse for a human being when they had the chance.
