Tiger Woods confirms Vanessa Trump relationship: 'Love is in the air'
Legendary golfer Tiger Woods has publicly acknowledged his relationship with Vanessa Trump, the former daughter-in-law of President Trump, by sharing two photos on Instagram along with a caption proclaiming, “Love is in the air.”
“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts,” he wrote.
Vanessa was married to Donald Trump Jr. for 12 years, and they have five children together. Woods has two children from his marriage to Elin Nordegren, which ended in divorce in 2010 after his numerous infidelities came to light.

Bay Area tech founder brutally skewers former buddy Elon Musk
Philip Low, the CEO and founder of Bay Area tech startup NeuroVigil, excoriated Musk in a defiant 1,900-word missive posted to Facebook on Friday and updated since.
Low set up this familiarity before bashing Musk with unbridled intensity. As the post went on, he painted Musk as self-centered (“Elon believes he is above everyone else”), power-hungry and cynical (“Everything Elon does is about acquiring and consolidating power. That is why he likes far right parties”). He also accused Musk of using X, formerly known as Twitter, to push people toward “the far right” around the world.
The founder also listed reasons why he suspects “Elon did two Nazi salutes” at a celebration in Washington for President Donald Trump’s inauguration. Low wrote that Musk “enjoys a good thrill and knew exactly what he was doing.” He speculated Musk was trying to ingratiate himself with what he called the “Nazi wing” of the MAGA movement. “His narcissistic self was hoping the audience would reflect his abject gesture back to him, thereby showing complete control and dominion over it, and increasing his leverage over Trump,” Low wrote. “That did not happen.”
“He only wants to control, dominate and use you — don’t let him and cut him and his businesses out of your and your loved ones’ lives entirely,” Low wrote. “Remember he is a total miserable self-loathing poser, and unless you happen to be one too, he will be much more afraid of you than you should ever be of him.”

Like most strongmen, Orbán scapegoats minorities in order to draw the public’s attention away from real problems. In Orbán’s case, migrants and refugees, especially if they are from Muslim countries.
In 2015, Orbán cited the European refugee crisis to justify giving police the power to conduct searches without a warrant and collect bulk phone data.
Undermine the judiciary
Constitutional amendments enacted in 2013 — and criticized by the EU, the United States and human rights groups — annulled previous Constitutional Court rulings and barred the court from overturning laws that had the support of two-thirds of lawmakers.
According to Cas Mudde, a University of Georgia professor who is an expert on right-wing populism, the constitutional amendments completed Hungary’s transition from a liberal democracy to a “competitive authoritarian regime”. He told The New York Times:
With the government also in full control of the elections, with no independent judiciary oversight, we can no longer pretend elections will be even remotely free and fair.
Control the media
The final ingredient of Orbán’s autocracy is control and manipulation of the news media.
One of the first things Orbán did after coming to power in 2010 was smother the voices of critics.
A new media law ordered outlets to register with a media control body, whose members were appointed by parliament. The panel can impose fines of up to €1 million for “imbalanced news coverage”Earlier this year, the editor of one of Hungary’s few remaining independent news websites, Index, was fired after an Orbán ally acquired a 50-percent stake in the company. Trump and Republicans have met privately with Orban duing the past few years learning the ropes on how to make an authoritarian takeover of our government. Look for more unheard of rulings and policies in the months ahead.
