Where is "vulnerable" defined in Budget?

I know that the President says that the "chained CPI" proposal will not affect those "most vulnerable" seniors. Can anyone tell me where I can find a definition of those "most vulnerable" seniors not affected by the chained CPI methodology? I trust the president and do not believe that the CPI will have an affect on "all persons" currently receiving Social Security, but I need to read for myself who will be exempted from this new assessment tool. Can some of you smart people out here help me find what I am looking for?

WE pay!

You mean WE PAY. These "kids" don't care because the parents always end up with the short end of the stick and thereby paying the cost. If the parents would rear the kids correctly, they would not turn into hoodlums in the first place. If these parents can not raise these kids, the parents should not have them at all. I am tired of taking care of somebody else's kids!

I love Ezra too.

I love the wonkiness of Ezra as well. And I think he is so cute- but I'm almost 70 years old so I am allowed! I also love Ezra because he is so sharp and witty especially when it comes to discussing economics.

I would also love to see Joy Reid with her own show. I did some research and discovered that Joy is not a newcomer to the political scene and has background and well planted roots in the Florida "political" soil where she has been a "political" person for a long time. She is also well educated which is a privilege and pleasure to see among more females nowadays. She is also a good speaker and can discuss any political element that is covered.

It would be nice if both Ezra and Joy could each have a show. That's not asking for too much and not too much out of the realm of possibilities.

Everybody gets a turn- and then are turned out!

Nobody stays on top forever; KO has played out and now he must go just like the rest of them/us. Some are better than others- but they ALL must go nevertheless. I had to go too- you will also! It's called DEVELOPMENT; some would refer to it as PROGRESS! Remember the world must go on- it must keep turning and it can not, and will not, stop for anything or anybody.

BTW, I wasn't given $50M to leave, so I consider KO very lucky in the end. This way KO can continue to write and conduct research, something I think he is very good at doing and probably wants to spend more time doing.

Also, he probably has enough money now to contribute to purchasing a network himself. In other words, I am sure that KO will be just fine and I don't feel any pity or sympathy for him. It definitely could be worse: shrug:

And not doing anything else!

These repub congressional representatives do not work on behalf of the people; they don't research, initiate, legislate nor pass bills! They take no initiative, only BLOCK the President's initiatives. They take vacation when they have done absolutely no work. All of them need to be fired pronto, and let people who want to work on behalf of the people work for the people.

I totally agree with your statements. And why would anyone ever think that the repugnants would do any differently-anyhow? Anyone?

I don't even bother to listen to these scalawags say anything, anymore. It is just a recording going back 10-20 years but has definitely gotten worse in the last 4-1/2 years. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

These DEMS are cowards!

Well, we got rid of of some/most of the Blue Dog democrats but apparently NOT ALL OF THEM! I have always seen this cowardice in the Dems for a long time and from 99% of them, but it makes me sick that these elected democrats do not support nor sponsor any of the Presidents' policies or mantras.

In addition, do these democrats ever campaign for their own re-election-- or do they just continue to ride on the coattails of the President as they have done in the past? Well, the joy ride and "freebie" is over since the President cannot run again.

As I have said in the past, "with friends like this (Dems) who needs enemies (repugnants)?"
