He's a millenial, with his own Youtube channel, and a rather impressive figure in UK television, too, staring on a BBC show, "Splash" where divers of all ages live out their dream and learn to dive and compete.
Like this one:
And recently, he came out , of course, on Youtube
Or did I see this first from a link here on DU?
If so, feel free to lock this thread, I just thought this young man is pretty brave and out there.
Just some weekend eye candy for the guys, I guess. And he has a lover, an American, a lot older than him.
Are all of you familiar with Olympic medalist Tom Daley?
I think we all like to support Olympic medalists from any nation, especially if they are gay.
Olympic diver from England, about 20 years old now. He was 14 when he went to the Olympics in 2008, and was 18 in 2012, still a major award-winning athlete.
Here's an interesting 12 minute video to capture his attitude and skill and sense of humor all in one.

"Poll: Big Bang a big question for most Americans" (so, religion?)
Religious values are similarly important.
Confidence in evolution, the Big Bang, the age of the Earth and climate change decline sharply as faith in a supreme being rises, according to the poll. Likewise, those who regularly attend religious services or are evangelical Christians express much greater doubts about scientific concepts they may see as contradictory to their faith.
When you are putting up facts against faith, facts cant argue against faith, said 2012 Nobel Prize winning biochemistry professor Robert Lefkowitz of Duke University. It makes sense now that science would have made no headway because faith is untestable.
But evolution, the age of the Earth and the Big Bang are all compatible with God, except to Bible literalists, said Francisco Ayala, a former priest and professor of biology, philosophy and logic at the University of California, Irvine. And Darrel Falk, a biology professor at Point Loma Nazarene University and an evangelical Christian, agreed, adding: The story of the cosmos and the Big Bang of creation is not inconsistent with the message of Genesis 1, and there is much profound biblical scholarship to demonstrate this.
