On the C-19 outbreak: Now China made mistakes and was less then honest but they:

1) Isolated the virus and sequenced the C-19's genome in late November of early December.

2) They turned that information over to the W.H.O. and the W.H.O. passed that information
onto German scientists who used it to make a very good test for the disease. Trump refused
to use that test and now we and much of the world are dealing with a killer pandemic. That
very same test from the W.H.O./Germany was used to great success in Germany, Finland,
New Zealand, and Australia to help contain the disease.

Both Trump and Kushner knew of C-19 in November of 2019 and what did they do to help
get the country ready for the coming Pandemic? They invested in Hydroxycholorquine and
their own C-!9 test kits so they could make money from the disease.

Trump and Kushner also sent 18 tons of PPE to China in Feb. and that PPE equipment would
have protected doctors, nurses, and 1st responders form getting sick and in some cases dying
from C-19.

Trump is trying to blame China for his screw up.

Mike Pence's Wife Claims He Didn't Know About Hospital Mask Policy, Contradicting Mayo Clinic

Second lady Karen Pence asserted on Thursday morning that her husband, Vice President Mike Pence, was unaware of the Mayo Clinic’s face mask policy until after his visit with staff and a patient. Earlier this week, the veep drew outrage for flouting the clinic’s rules, prompting the facility’s Twitter account to note in a since-deleted tweet that it “had informed @VP of the masking policy prior to his arrival today.”

Asked on Fox & Friends why the vice president didn’t wear a mask, Mrs. Pence replied: “It was actually after he left Mayo Clinic that he found out that they had a policy of asking everyone to wear a mask.” Outside of the facility’s tweet contradicting this claim, CNN reported that the VP’s office was briefed days in advance of the clinic’s requirement on masks to guard against coronavirus transmission.

OK either Mike is an idiot because everybody was wearing a mask in the hospital and or he doesn't give a
shit about the rules.

On Remdesivir ... in 1,090 test cases it dropped the mortality rate from 11.6% to 8.0%

Results from the preliminary trial show remdesivir improved recovery time for coronavirus patients from 15 to 11 days. That's similar to the effect that the influenza drug Tamiflu has on flu. Tamiflu also doesn't cure patients quickly, but can reduce how long they are sick.
"Although a 31% improvement doesn't seem like a knockout 100%, it is very important proof of concept," Fauci said of remdesivir.

"What it has proven is that a drug can block this virus."

Remdesivir also may reduce the likelihood that patients will die.

"Results also suggested a survival benefit, with a mortality rate of 8.0% for the group receiving remdesivir versus 11.6% for the placebo group," the NIAID said.

May 2nd World Naked Gardening Day.

World Naked Gardening Day (WNGD) is an annual international event generally celebrated on the first Saturday of May
by gardeners and non-gardeners alike.

According to NBC's Today News, WNGD "has become an annual tradition that celebrates weeding, planting flowers and trimming hedges in the buff. While it's linked to a movement of nudists who promote wholesome and unashamed acceptance of the human body, the day is meant to be funny, lighthearted and non-political, founders say."

Organizers assert that "besides being liberating, nude gardening is second only to swimming as an activity that people are most ready to consider doing nude".

Beyond body positivity, Corky Stanton of Clothes Free International, an organization that promotes nude recreation, has asserted that the event offers the "fringe benefits of bare, unabashed recreation: the satisfaction of exercising in the great outdoors; the attractiveness of an all-over tan; more Vitamin D on your whole body; the unbeatable experience of skinny-dipping if the naturist event involves a beach or a lake.

Team Trump received pandemic warning - in January 2017

Trump recently said that one can "never really think" something like COVID-19 might happen, but his team was warned about something extremely similar.

Donald Trump's presidential transition period was an unusually chaotic period. To be sure, the crash-course process is difficult for even the most prepared and well-organized operations, but the Republican's team struggled more than most. As Inauguration Day approached, the incoming administration simply wasn't prepared to govern.

That was not for lack of effort on the part of the outgoing Obama administration. The week before Trump took the oath of office, Obama's team prepared an exercise in which the incoming team was presented with a series of hypothetical scenarios -- including one in which the world faced a deadly viral outbreak -- and how the U.S. federal government would have to respond.

Politico reported today on those exercises, and the fact that several attendees described the atmosphere as "'weird' at best, chilly at worst."

In theory, the session should've helped prepare the Trump administration for the crisis that's currently unfolding. In practice, it didn't quite work out that way.

Attorney General William Barr tells prosecutors to be on watch for 'overbearing' coronavirus measure

Do Trump and Barr want to kill us? The only thing we have now is shutdowns, social distancing, and testing/tracing
in fighting "the beast" and yet Trump/Barr/Fox News are working to block theses actions or to shut them down.

Attorney General William Barr told federal prosecutors across the country to be on guard for overbearing state and local coronavirus measures.

In a memo Monday, Barr called stay-at-home orders "necessary" but "tremendous burdens," and warned that the Justice Department could step in to fight policies that go too far.

"If a state or local ordinance crosses the line from an appropriate exercise of authority to stop the spread of COVID19 into an overbearing infringement of constitutional and statutory protections, the Department of Justice may have an obligation to address that overreach in federal court," Barr wrote in the memo the department shared with CNN.

The directive comes as social distancing policies have begun to splinter across the country, with a number of states rolling back strict guidelines while others remain under near-lockdown.

Throughout the pandemic, Barr has expressed unease with stay-at-home orders, lamenting them in interviews as "draconian" and "onerous" and signaling that the Justice Department was willing to fight governors whose policies were seen as discriminatory or impairing interstate commerce.

Trump has gotta go now. Update.

America is closing in on 60,000 dead … a # which Trump said we would not hit until August 2020 …. and 1,000,000 reported cases, God only knows how many unreported cases of C-19, Trump has now blocked the U.S. from working with an international consortium on finding a vaccine, he is in a fight with the W.H.O. in order to hide his mistakes, and he is straight up bat shit crazy.

We are going to need adults to keep the lights on, the natural gas in the pipelines, the water flowing,
the trash picked up, the food supply lines open, the post office open, and to treat/solve this deadly disease.
Trump is just not up to those challenges. And world wide the #s of dead and or sick will be staggering. A University
of Minnesota Epidemiologist, Dr Osterholm* is on record as saying as much as 60% of the world’s population will get the disease over the next 2 years.

Trump knew about C-19 in November of 2019 and what did he and Kush-Turd do? They looked @ ways
on how to make money off "the Beast.”

England got rid of Chamberlain and replaced him with Churchill during their darkest hour and this is a pretty dark hour
for America and the world. Trump has to gotta go now.

* "This is going to get worse. This is going to get much, much worse. I think most people don't understand that," Osterholm said. "As such, what we're doing now is just the beginning of what will likely be a 16- to maybe 20-month period of time when we're all going to be dealing with this issue. It will be a real challenge.”
