Conspiracy Theorists Blame Texas Church Shooting On Antifa After Civil War Hype Falls Flat

Many prominent conspiracy theory peddlers who inaccurately predicted a violent uprising from the left this weekend are now exploiting an unrelated mass shooting in a last-ditch effort to claim that they were right all along.

After the left-wing group Refuse Fascism announced plans to host demonstrations across the nation on November 4, right-wing pundits, even Fox News personalities, attributed the protests to ‘Antifa’ and issued hysterical warnings that the left was planning an uprising that would lead to national conflict reminiscent of the Civil War.

Some right-wing websites and commentators, including the White House press-credentialed news outlet Gateway Pundit, attempted to build hysteria by citing a comedian’s tweet mocking the exact fear mongering they were engaging in. The whole thing was debunked as a hoax, but that didn’t stop right-wing fever swamps from continuing to push claims that violent protests would erupt on Saturday.

On Saturday, when it was apparent that protesters had no actual intention of launching a violent uprising, the same right-wing conspiracy theorists began to scramble, searching for any kind of validation of their prior claims.

Jack Posobiec, an Infowars contributor and avid conspiracy theorist partly responsible the spread of the “Pizzagate” hoax, mocked the low turnout at one protest and questioned whether Antifa had “cucked out.” Infowars editor-at-large Paul Joseph Watson also mocked protester turnout. But as news broke of a mass shooting at a Texas church on Sunday, right-wing conspiracy theorists found a morbid opportunity to distract from their bogus forecasting.

These people are fucking insane! I wish they would go away.

In Wake Of Church Shooting, Theodore Shoebat Says Atheists Must Be Put To Death

Extremist right-wing activist Theodore Shoebat responded to yesterday’s mass shooting at a church in Texas by posting a video on his website in which he said that atheists in America must be subjected to an inquisition and put to death.

Shoebat, who was featured in a radically anti-gay documentary in 2015 along with various Religious Right activists and Republican elected officials, declared that the fact that the man responsible for the deadly attack was reportedly an atheist shows that atheism represents a dire threat to Christians in America and must be dealt with harshly.

“Sodomites and atheists need to be purged from society,” Shoebat said. “Sodomites automatically need to be put to death, that’s a no-brainer because they have already committed the crime of homosexuality. Atheists, on the other hand, they need to be inquisited, bottom line. They need to be inquisited and I think that when you have atheist enclaves in society, when you have atheist strongholds in society, atheist establishments that are very influential and when you see how fanatic they are, how much they hate Christianity, how much they hate God, how much they hate the church, you really can’t tolerate people like that and those people need the death penalty.”

Steve Strang: The Firing Of Anthony Scaramucci Is A Sign Of Trumps Deepening Christian Faith

Charisma magazine’s Steve Strang appeared on Jim Bakker’s program today to promote his forthcoming book, “God And Donald Trump.” During the discussion, Bakker revealed that he is part of President Trump’s faith advisory board and Strang asserted that the firing of short-lived White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci was a sign of Trump’s growing Christian faith.

“Lori and I are on the advisory council,” Bakker said. “We don’t talk about that a whole lot, but he has so many of us … He has so many pastors and preachers on his advisory boards, his spiritual advisory boards, that they all can’t come to meet at one time.”

Strang said that he couldn’t say for sure whether Trump is a Christian because that question is “between him and God, it’s not for all of us to judge him,” but did note that while there were things in Trump’s life “that we don’t approve of, you don’t hear those things in the last 10 years and his language has improved.”

Strang also pointed to the firing of Scaramucci in the wake of a vulgar rant he unloaded on a New Yorker reporter as further evidence of Trump’s deepening faith, asserting that Scaramucci’s termination was a sign that Trump “didn’t want his key people talking like that in public.”

Hey Steve - nobody talked like that under Obama. Nobody.

Virginia Legislator Says Trans Opponent Defies Laws Of Nature At A Fundamental Level

Virginia Delegate Bob Marshall, who is up for reelection next week, told Religious Right radio host Sandy Rios that he would not refer to his opponent, who is a transgender woman, by using her correct pronouns because he “never flunked biology” and understands the “laws of nature.”

Marshall appeared on this morning’s episode of “Sandy Rios in the Morning” to attack his opponent Danica Roem, who would be the first openly transgender state legislator if elected. He lamented Roem’s support for educational programs that teach children about different gender identities and used Roem’s identity as a transgender woman to further attack her on national radio.

“It is not a civil right to masquerade your fantasies as reality,” Marshall said. “But standing up to this is somewhat difficult because you get called all kinds of names. And if you’re going to be shying away because someone calls you a bigot or a transphobe or whatever it is, it probably is not something that you should attempt.”

Marshall went on to explain that he was not going to back away from the issue.

“I’ve drawn a line. I’m not leaving it, because I don’t make the laws of nature but I think I understand them, at least at this fundamental level. I never flunked biology, so I’m not going to call a man a woman, period,” Marshall said.

Top 10 Conservative Idiots #3-20: The David Cop-A-Feel & Friends Hour Edition

Top 10 Conservative Idiots #3-20: The David Cop-A-Feel & Friends Hour Edition

Welcome back to the Top 10 Conservative Idiots! You know before we get started I want to take a minute and address the horrible tragedy in New York City. Sigh it sucks, and we won't address it this week as we wait for the dust to settle, but it's a terrible tragedy and we will make sure we cover it the idiots way in full next week. Of course our idiot president on the other hand deserves every bit of shit he gets for politicizing this tragedy when the GOP was in full denial mode over Vegas. And we will definitely cover that in full next week. Now back to our regularly scheduled program. We are back everybody! So can we talk sports to start with? How about that World Series first of all! Holy crap is it exhausting! But I want to talk about football. Specifically a game between my Los Angeles Chargers and the Evil Empire of football – the New England Patriots (motto: Now with 50% more cheating over the leading NFL team!). Well, the Patriots didn’t really have to cheat this week because the Chargers kind of gave them a freebie. So what happened was quite possibly one of the stupidest plays in NFL history – at least as long as I have been alive. So Travis Benjamin of the Chargers during the 2nd quarter – fumbled a punt return and then picked it up and ran into his own team’s end zone where he was quickly tackled by the Patriots and they got a safety out of it. Can we show that clip?

https://twitter.com/PeteBlackburn/status/924695795420495873

Well, on the plus side, Southwest just got some free material for when they do those “Wanna Get Away” ads. Now switching subjects, we got to talk about another fail that happened at the World Series – this one happened during the 9th inning when a fan caught Yasiel Puig’s 9th inning home run, then decided to throw it back! Can we show that?

https://twitter.com/WillBrinson/status/924862702924828672

Yeah throw that shit back, yo!!! And then there was this guy in Game 6. You know, if you're going to bring a glove to a game, at least make sure you know how to catch a ball!

https://twitter.com/PeteBlackburn/status/925558655298269184

Yeah. D'oh!!!! I can only imagine the car ride on the way home. "You know that was on TV right?". Wanna get away? OK that’s enough of the intro. We got a lot of idiocy to get to. But first John Oliver is back and he tackles the touchy subject of floods:

Taking up the first slot this week is the White Male Groper’s Club, who added two new members – and you won’t believe who they are! In the second slot is Whitefish Energy (2). Remember the movie War Dogs with Jonah Hill and Miles Teller? Well this is a case of “same shit, different day!”. In the number 3 slots is the Trump Indictments. So Mueller is about to lay the smack down and Paul Manafort is about to turn himself in. In slot number 4 is the Alt Right (4). So they held a rally in Murfressboro, Tenneessee, and it was an epic fail. Plus the Alt Right’s favorite safe space loving son Milo Yiannopolous is speaking in my home town and we have to cover it! So Dotard Trump is taking up just a single slot this week, slot #5, and we will try to recap everything surrounding the Dotard this week in a single entry. But the Squirrel Network is reporting on just about anything that has nothing to do with anything. In the 6th slot we are once again doing our due diligence on the Christian right by talking about all things holy in another installment of our favorite segment “Holy Shit” (6). At number 7 is the Houston Astros (7). Wait, what? Yeah the AL champions are finding themselves in a bit of hot water about some light racism and a controversy over their first pitch choice. In the number 8 slot is Gun Nut Apologists (8). So the full Sandy Hooking of the Vegas tragedy is in full swing, officially completing the 5th stage of Gun Nut Denial, and we will explain further. In the number 9 slot we’ve got a new installment of “I Need A Drink”. And I’m going to need a few tall boys of Busch Light. You heard me. Because it’s the end of a national nightmare – Kid Rock’s senate campaign! Yay!!!!! Finally this week its’ more of the Top 10 World Tour (10). This time we’re hanging out in Manila and enjoying some great Filipino food and drink as we visit the Philippines! Plus we’ve got some live music for you, this time from SOJA! Their new album “Poetry In Motion” is great and they will be stopping by to play something from it! Enjoy! And as always don’t forget the key!

White Male Groper’s Club
[br]
[br]

Holy crap, have you seen the news lately? It seems Harvey Weinstein has opened the flood gates, and the White Male Groper’s Club. And it’s not funny, we’re not making fun of the victims here. We are making fun of the news. I do want to place triple emphasis on that. But the Groper’s Club is reaching platinum status. I mean in the last year they’ve expanded their membership which includes Joss Whedon, Harvey Weinstein, James Toback, Brett Ratner, Jeremy Piven, Donald Trump, Bill O’Reilly, and now this guy can proudly join their ranks!

Four women have come forward to accuse George Bush of touching them inappropriately, including one who said this week that the 93-year-old former president grabbed her years before he began using a wheelchair.

After the second allegation, Mr. Bush’s office on Wednesday night released a statement that both acknowledged the stories that had emerged and offered an apology.

“At age 93, President Bush has been confined to a wheelchair for roughly five years, so his arm falls on the lower waist of people with whom he takes pictures,” the statement said.

“To try to put people at ease, the president routinely tells the same joke — and on occasion, he has patted women’s rears in what he intended to be a good-natured manner. Some have seen it as innocent; others clearly view it as inappropriate. To anyone he has offended, President Bush apologizes most sincerely.”
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/27/us/politics/george-bush-women.html

That’s right! Bet you didn’t think it was going to be him did you? Because Bush crossed the line from old man territory into full blown Herbert The Pervert territory! Oh and it gets creepier! So much creepier!

A third woman has accused former President George H.W. Bush of inappropriate touching.

Writing on Slate.com, author Christina Baker Kline says her encounter with Bush happened during a photo shoot in 2014, while she and her husband stood on either side of the former president.

Kline is the author of the novels “Orphan Train” and “A Piece of the World.” She writes that, upon learning she was a writer, Bush asked: “You wanna know my favorite book?”

“Yes, what is it?,” she replied.

“David Cop-a-Feel.”

At that point, she writes, Bush grabbed her buttocks just as the photographer snapped a photo. She said she quickly brushed his hand away.
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/10/27/former-president-george-h-w-bush-facing-third-accuser.html

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!! Ew. Ew. Ew. Wait a minute. Ew. Excuse me a minute. OK, I feel better. I really need a cold shower after that one. David Cop-A-Feel? Really? Is he some weird new sitcom character I don’t know about? Is this the “David Cop-A-Feel & Friends Hour”? Oh and you know what his response was? It was just a… “pat on the back”!

Former President George H.W. Bush has acknowledged touching multiple women inappropriately in what his spokesman called "patt[ing] women's rears in what he intended to be a good-natured manner."

Two women have reportedly accused the former president of groping them while posing for photographs with Bush in recent years.

Actress Heather Lind wrote a post on Instagram, which has since been deleted, about an incident from early 2014.
http://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2017/10/26/560148936/george-h-w-bush-acknowledges-groping-multiple-women

Oh and of course it gets weirder! So much weirder! Because if it didn’t get weird, I would be disappointed, and this is only the 2nd year I’ve been doing these! So how does it get weirder? Well, apparently he’s a big fan of Lady Gaga. Yes. You read that right.

Is George H. W. Bush a big Lady Gaga fan? You be the judge.

Two days after he and his fellow former presidents joined the singer for the One America Appeal fundraiser, the 41st president of the United States said he would have gladly taken the stage with her.

Barack Obama chimed in, saying Bush and Lady Gaga can "handle the singing, and we'll handle the donations."

So if creepy old man George HW Bush wasn’t creepy enough for you, there’s Kevin Spacey. Now this is kind of a tricky one because he’s an outspoken liberal and appears on the amazing show “House Of Cards”. And here’s what makes this even creepier – Family Guy predicted this would happen in a throw away joke from 10 years ago! No, seriously!

But that said there’s more to this whole thing than you could possibly ever want or care to know. Here’s what happened with Kevin Spacey:

Actor Anthony Rapp has come forward with allegations that Kevin Spacey made a sexual advance toward him when he was 14 years old, BuzzFeed reports. Rapp, currently starring in Star Trek: Discovery, was a child actor in the Broadway production of George Furth’s Precious Sons in 1986 when he met Spacey, who was appearing that year in a revival of Long Day’s Journey Into Night. According to Rapp, Spacey befriended him at an after-show party; when they ran into each other at a later event, Spacey took Rapp and a 17-year-old friend of his to the Limelight, then invited him to a party at his apartment a few days later. (Rapp’s mother had relocated to New York with him during the run of the play, but he sometimes went to work events on his own.) Rapp says he went to the party, but since he was the only child in an apartment full of adults, got bored and ended up watching TV alone in the bedroom. At the end of the night, after the other guests had left, Rapp alleges that Spacey picked him up, placed him on the bed, and lay down on top of him, forcing Rapp to push him off. Spacey, now 58, was 26 years old at the time of the alleged incident. Rapp told BuzzFeed he’s never doubted Spacey’s intentions:
http://www.slate.com/blogs/browbeat/2017/10/29/anthony_rapp_alleges_kevin_spacey_made_sexual_advances_when_he_was_underage.html

Yeah so that happened. And how did Spacey himself respond? Well, he responded in quite possibly the worst way anyone could respond.

Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey has addressed a report that he once sexually harassed actor Anthony Rapp.

Rapp, who is currently starring in the TV series “Star Trek: Discovery” and is best known for work in the play and movie “Rent,” told BuzzFeed News that Spacey invited him to a party at his apartment in 1986. Rapp was 14 years old at the time.

Spacey’s statement, made on Twitter early Monday, included his first public declaration that he is gay. He did not deny that the incident took place, citing the passage of time and being drunk on the occasion, but apologized to Rapp for “what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior.”

“I am sorry for the feelings he describes having carried with him all these years,” Spacey wrote.

Can we throw that statement up there?

Congratulations, Kevin Spacey – you just did something no gay man has ever done before – picked the worst possible time to come out! I mean dude you totally broadbrushed over the fact that you're gay. That would be like a car mechanic saying "Mrs. Johnson, we changed the oil in your tank just fine. Oh and by the way, your whole engine is completely fucked and will need to be replaced. But at least the oil change went smoothly!". Yeah doesn't work like that, does it? And hey we’re not the only ones who thought this was the worst way possible that Mr. Spacey could have come out.

Kevin Spacey is facing criticism for the way he linked his sexuality to his apology about allegations of sexual advances towards a 14-year-old actor.

The House Of Cards star and former artistic director of London’s Old Vic theatre said he could not remember sexually harassing Star Trek actor Anthony Rapp in 1986.

Human rights campaigner Peter Tatchell lamented the timing of Spacey’s decision to come out as gay.

“It is tragic that it has taken allegations of sexual harassment for Kevin Spacey to finally come out as gay, after not disclosing his sexuality for decades. It is even worse that he mixes up his sexuality with inappropriate behaviour. His gayness is irrelevant. It’s his actions that have prompted concern,” he told the Guardian.

Whitefish Energy
[br]
[br]

Did anyone see that movie War Dogs? You know the movie where Jonah Hill and Miles Teller play two well connected businessmen who somehow manage to land a gargantuan contract as government arms dealers? Well, as crazy as that movie was, that was a real life story! And now this is a real life story! There’s the town of Whitefish, Montana which we have covered many times in the Top 10 – mainly you might know this town as being the hometown of Richard Spencer. Yes, the same town as the godfather of the Alt Right. He’s also possibly good friends with Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke. Here’s more.

A small company in Whitefish has won a major contract to restore power to Puerto Rico following widespread outages from Hurricane Maria. Nicky Ouellet reports there’s some confusion over why the Montana company was chosen.

Whitefish Energy Holdings is relatively new to the Flathead Valley. The company was established in 2015. It doesn’t have an office and only lists two employees. Yet it won a bid with the Puerto Rico Power Electric Authority, or PREPA, to rebuild more than 100 miles of downed transmission lines following a near system failure after two hurricanes hit the island in September. The contract is garnering national attention. The Weather Channel had a story this week:

"Something fishy is going on in Puerto Rico, and it’s not just the name of the company involved. Whitefish Energy Holdings was awarded a contract to restore power to the island by the local power authority, but no one can figure out why," says the Weather Channel story.
http://mtpr.org/post/whitefish-company-wins-power-restoration-contract-puerto-rico

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat????? This is War Dogs all over again! Only it’s two guys with an energy contract and a really fucked up government. I don’t remember that sitcom! But guess what? Puerto Rico is fed up and pissed off at this contract!

Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rossello wants the $300 million contract that Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority signed with Whitefish Energy to be canceled "immediately," CBS News' David Begnaud reports.

Rossello's announcement comes as federal legislators plan to investigate the contract awarded to the small company from Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke's hometown.

"There cannot be any kind of distraction that alters the commitment to restore electrical power as soon as possible in Puerto Rico," Rossello said, adding that nearly $8 million has been paid to Whitefish so far.

Whitefish spokesman Chris Chiames told The Associated Press that the company would soon issue comment. Power company spokesman Carlos Monroig did not return messages for comment.

Rossello said he has requested that crews from New York and Florida come help restore power in Puerto Rico as he criticized the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for not meeting its goals. The agency could not be immediately reached for comment.
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/puerto-rico-gov-seeks-immediate-cancellation-of-whitefish-energy-contract/

But why? How did this happen? Why is Puerto Rico furious about it? Well, it’s two guys and an office with $300 million dollars doing… something. Just like War Dogs was two guys with an office with $300 million doing… something. Same shit, different day!

Whitefish Energy said it is "very disappointed" with the decision by Puerto Rico's power authority to cancel its $300 million contract to repair the island's crumbling infrastructure.

"The decision will only delay what the people of Puerto Rico want and deserve — to have the power restored quickly in the same manner their fellow citizens on the mainland experience after a natural disaster," Whitefish said in a statement, according to ABC News.

"We will certainly finish any work that PREPA wants us to complete," it added, referring to the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority. "And stand by our commitments knowing that we made an important contribution to the restoration of the power grid since our arrival on the island on Oct. 2."

Whitefish continued to tout its successes during its time in Puerto Rico. It said the company brought 350 workers and was on track to have more than 500 linesmen on the island by this week.
http://thehill.com/homenews/news/357757-whitefish-energy-very-disappointed-with-decision-to-cancel-contract

Because of course they were disappointed. No, the teenage girl who got her prom dress ruined because someone spilled punch on her is disappointed. This is a colossal fuck up! So who gets to play these guys in the movie? I hear Jonah Hill is available! But guess what? The contract is officially cancelled!

A controversial $300 million contract awarded to a tiny Montana energy company to repair storm-damaged electricity lines in Puerto Rico was canceled Sunday amid concerns of cronyism.

The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) revoked the hastily drafted contract with Whitefish Energy hours after Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló said he’d petitioned the state-owned utility to “immediately” cancel the agreement as it was a “distraction.”

Ricardo Ramos, CEO of PREPA, said: “We’re working in an emergency. Everybody is working on 10 things at once. I don’t want to give apologies, but those things happen.”

The contract to repair power lines to connect critical infrastructure came under intense scrutiny for several reasons:

The Trump Indictments
[br]
[br]

It’s Mueller Time everybody!!!!! Whew!!!!! Whew!!!!!!!!!!!! Whew!!!! Whew. OK enough celebrating and popping the champagne. But we got two so far – one was pretty obvious and that is Paul Manafort, and the other is a guy who we’re going to talk about in a bit – Coffee Boy George Papadopolous. But Manafort is wanted for some serious shit. Here’s the break down:

President Trump's former 2016 campaign chairman Paul Manafort and Rick Gates, Manafort's former business associate, have been indicted by a federal grand jury in the investigation into Russian meddling in the U.S. election, according to unsealed documents released Monday.

Manafort and Gates pleaded not guilty in federal court on Monday afternoon. They entered a packed courtroom for their arraignment, accompanied by U.S. marshals, but not restrained in any way, reports CBS News' Paula Reid. Both men were asked to stand, state their names and pledge to tell the truth. Manafort's lawyer spoke for him and entered a plea of not guilty on all counts. Gates had not retained a lawyer and was represented by a public defender who said Gates intends to hire private counsel soon and entered a plea of not guilty on all counts for Gates.

And another Trump campaign aide, George Papadopoulos, has pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI. His statements had to do with the nature of his relationship with "certain foreign nationals whom he understood to have close connections with senior Russian government officials."
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/paul-manafort-fbi-surrender-indictment-12-counts-conspiracy-live-updates/

Yes give it to me now! We want more of this, damn it! There’s some high profile people in the Trump administration who have committed some high profile crimes! So what does Paul Manafort do when he’s under indictment for something this huge? Turn yourself in!

This indictment story has everything. Vladimir Putin's "niece." Carpet worth $934,350. Catfishing. Paul Manafort, whose involvement with the Trump campaign — as its chairman — apparently came as a total surprise to the campaign. At least, that's what Sarah Huckabee Sanders repeatedly reassured the American people on Monday, after reading them a bizarre and lengthy story about 10 journalists going out to buy beer together that concluded, "And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how our tax system works!" It was the worst Aristocrats joke I have ever heard. Here is her account, somewhat condensed:

First, this has nothing to do with Donald Trump.

For several months, the chairman of the Trump campaign was a man no one knew anything about and who was completely unaffiliated with Donald Trump in any way.

There is nothing less connected to Donald Trump than the campaign that worked to elect him president.
http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/opinion/commentary/ct-trump-campaign-russia-manafort-20171031-story.html

I just cant even… even the question in the headline was beyond ridiculous!!! How was Trump supposed to know that Paul Manafort is leading his campaign? I don’t know… because he’s becoming the fucking president of the United States and the guy is leading his campaign!!! The sheer stupidity of this is like… why does a car need a battery with a positive and negative charge? Because otherwise, it doesn’t fucking work!!! AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even Manafort’s daughter was bragging about how tight he was with Trump!

Paul Manafort, the former Trump campaign chairman who was indicted on federal conspiracy and money laundering charges Monday, has a long history of ties to pro-Putin groups in Ukraine. He also has a long history of connections to Donald Trump. According to leaked texts sent and received by his daughter, Andrea Manafort Shand, the two pals were “perfect allies.”

The Trump administration has been working overtime to downplay Manafort’s role in last year’s campaign.

“Paul Manafort was brought in to lead the delegate process, which he did, and was dismissed not too long after that,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Monday. “Paul was brought on sometime in June, and by the middle of August he was no longer with the campaign,” then-press secretary Sean Spicer said in March.

Spicer’s statement was untrue, and Sanders’ claim was misleading.

Excuse me a minute…

OK I just needed to grow my head back. Thank you. And in case you’re wondering how this all comes back to Russia. Yeah it does. It’s like playing a really fucked up game of Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, except there’s just one degree, and someone in the Trump administration is connected to Russia!

President Trump’s former campaign chief, Paul Manafort, was indicted Monday on multiple charges in the United States’ ongoing special investigation into Russian interference. But the U.S. is not the only nation investigating Manafort.

An internal investigation in Ukraine concluded that Manafort earned larger sums than he previously reported as a political consultant in the Eastern European country.

Manafort was paid at least $28.5 million, far more than the $12.5 million reported last year, from “black money” funds run by the Party of the Regions, according to a source with knowledge about the investigation. The Party of the Regions served as the pro-Kremlin political base for Ukraine's former President Viktor Yanukovych, who fled to Russia in 2014.
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2017/10/31/manafort-pro-russia-party-report/816242001/

Boy this coffee is delicious! It’s made in Russia! Hey Sally that’s a nice dress you’re wearing. Oh it’s made in Russia! Hey Steve, I like your new car! Oh it’s a Russian model! And it doesn’t take Mueller to see that Manafort is spending his Comrade Casino checks very well! All it takes is a few credit card receipts! Hey Capitol One, what’s in this guy’s wallet? I’ll give you a hint – it’s probably something Russian!

Of all the damning details in the Justice Department indictment accusing Paul Manafort, the former Trump campaign manager, and Rick Gates, a campaign adviser, of money laundering and tax fraud, the one that seems to have caught the imagination of many is the approximately $1.3 million Mr. Manafort spent during two shopping sprees in New York and Beverly Hills.

The indictment does not specify where he spent the money — the establishments are identified only as “Vendor E: Men’s Clothing Store in New York” and “Vendor H: Clothing Store in Beverly Hills, California” — nor what he bought, though The New York Times reported in September that during a raid of Mr. Manafort’s home over the summer, F.B.I. officers took many photographs of his “expensive suits.”

The Alt Right
[br]
[br]

So the Alt Right is the big loser this week in multiple ways. I mean first off the Alt Right attempted to hold another one of their insane rallies. This time they’re targeting Murfreesboro, Tenneessee. A town that’s literally in the middle of nowhere. So why is this so intriguing to your modern day white supremacist?

White nationalists groups that rallied Saturday in Shelbyville, Tennessee, were met by a large police presence and dozens of shouting counterprotesters. Hours later, a second rally planned in nearby Murfreesboro was canceled.
The demonstrations, which organizers called the "White Lives Matter" rally, were planned by The League of the South, a Southern nationalist group, according to Brad Griffin, the organization's public relations chief. Other extreme-right and neo-Nazi groups joined them in the protests wearing black and bearing helmets and shields.
The groups had planned to start at Shelbyville and then head to Murfreesboro about 20 miles to the north, but the Murfreesboro rally was canceled, Griffin said.
http://www.cnn.com/2017/10/28/us/tennessee-white-nationalist-rally-shelbyville-murfreesboro/index.html

And this rally was held in the middle of the day, so the local Home Depot and Lowes held onto their supply of tiki torches. For now. But you know who the real losers were in the white supremacist’s bullshit? The local businesses of Murfreesboro.

Downtown Murfreesboro merchants were forced to shut down Saturday because of the White Lives Matter rally, causing many of them to lose one of the biggest revenue days of the week. Many of them boarded up store fronts as well.

But the Murfreesboro Loves initiative created an event on all day Saturday to "Explore and Support Downtown Businesses."

"We are hoping to attract a lot of people downtown that wouldn't normally come downtown and help these businesses recover from the hate. That's what Murfreesboro Loves is all about and that's what my Muslim faith tells me to do," said Abdou Kattih, co-organizer of Murfreesboro Loves and Murfreesboro Muslim Youth.

Now, on the other hand, the alt right is also poised to be even bigger losers. Because look who’s back and he needs more safe spaces than ever, snowflakes!!

Conservative provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos has educators and police bracing for his appearance at Cal State Fullerton Tuesday.

The former tech editor for Breibart.com, who has drawn criticism over his relations with white supremacist groups in the alt-right movement as well as comments about feminism and Islam, was due to speak at 6 p.m. Tuesday on the campus. He was invited to speak by the campus College Republicans student group.

"We invited Milo because he's obviously a very provocative speaker who sheds light and brings attention to various (conservative) issues," said Brooke Paz, an event coordinator for the group.

The organization feels it is overshadowed by progressive groups on campus and wanted someone who could make a big splash, Paz said.

Dude! I mean… fucking Dude!!! Cal State Fullerton? That’s my neck of the woods, damn it!!! Really, get the fuck out of my town Milo! And take your safe spaces and snowflakes with you! But guess what? The alt right’s bullshit is causing major headaches for campus personnel!

The CSUF College Republicans club tweeted a link to the “Free Speech at CSUF” website, which includes information about what objects and behaviors will be prohibited at the “Troll Academy” event.

According to the event website, ticket holders will be subjected to a security screening to look for a number of prohibited items.

Food, beverages and large objects like skateboards, bicycles and anything larger than 30 inches by 30 inches are prohibited.

Yiannopoulos has encouraged attendees to wear costumes. However, masks, face paint and anything concealing one’s identity will not be allowed at the event.
https://dailytitan.com/2017/10/milo-yiannopoulos-campus-closures/

The Alt Right loves to play chicken with free speech don’t they? When we call them out for their bullshit, they quietly run to their safe spaces with their tail between their legs when things don't go their way. But of course his speech didn't end without incident - of course there arrests and police in riot gear because that's the kind of crowd this douchebag attracts. Now he can get the fuck out of my town!

At least eight people were detained at Cal State Fullerton on Tuesday night during small but tense protests as conservative firebrand Milo Yiannopoulos spoke, blasting what he called the silencing of conservative views on college campuses.

Five people were released but told they could face trespassing charges if they returned to campus in the next seven days, Cal State Fullerton Police Capt. Scot Willey said Wednesday morning. Two people, including a student, were cited for violating the dispersal order and released.

Another protester, a woman wearing a black helmet and mask, was arrested after shooting pepper spray into the air. She was booked into the Orange County jail on suspicion of parole violations, including possession of a knife and pepper spray, Willey said.

Cal State Fullerton’s chapter of the College Republicans hosted the sold-out event at the Titan Student Union. It drew an audience of more than 800 people.

[br]

So here’s what happens when conservatives got nothing. And they know they got nothing on their arguments against Mueller’s scathing indictments. So what happens when you’re out of time and out of patience? I know! Let’s report on some bullshit! Because Fox & Friends knows they really at this point only have an audience of one – they know Trump has Fox News on about 24 hours a day. Yeah he probably watches it in what little sleep he actually gets. So here’s what happened.

They made a nothingburger out of a cheeseburger.

As every other cable news show jumped on the story of Paul Manafort surrendering to the FBI Monday, "Fox and Friends" decided to tackle the real issue of the day: cheeseburger emojis.

While viewers of other networks learned more about how the former Trump campaign chairman had been indicted on charges including conspiracy to launder money and failing to register as a foreign agent, Vox reports that those who tuned into Fox News initially got an in-depth look at the world-shaking "crisis at Google," where the tech monolith's CEO has pledged to rearrange the cheese on the cheeseburger emoji because people are upset that the yellow-ish slice is below the meat, not above.
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/fox-friends-analyzes-emojis-wake-manafort-charges-article-1.3599469

There you have it folks – a literal nothing burger! Thank you! So how is Trump responding to his own indictments? Well, you also make up some bullshit!

Top Senate Republicans tried to avoid questions about the legal woes ensnaring the Trump administration as they worked to keep the focus of a Monday news conference on the GOP agenda, specifically the confirmation of a batch of judicial nominees this week.
In one notable moment, Sen. Chuck Grassley literally squirmed out of the room just as reporters began asking questions about the legal problems.
"Anybody have any questions for Senator Grassley, or anybody else here, on this topic?" Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn, R-Texas, asked reporters, making clear he didn't want questions about the indictments and guilty plea involving three of President Donald Trump's campaign aides to dominate the news conference.
When reporters pressed to get on-camera comment about the legal problems facing Trump campaign aides Paul Manafort, Rick Gates and George Papadopoulos, the usually accommodating Cornyn tried to deflect, saying the issue wasn't in the Senate's "wheelhouse."
http://www.cnn.com/2017/10/30/politics/chuck-grassley-exit/index.html

And not only is the bovine excrement strong with this one, it is really strong! And guess what? Fuhrer Trump is furious at this news! I mean… the rest of us aren’t surprised! And he’s the president!

The dramatic intensification of the Russia investigation on Monday reignited President Donald Trump's fury at the controversy clouding his presidency, prompting his aides to urgently advise him against lashing out at special counsel Robert Mueller as they work to revive a halting policy agenda.
Watching the developments unfold on the large television screens installed in his private residence, Trump was "seething," according to a Republican close to the White House.
The indictments on Monday of campaign aides Paul Manafort and Rick Gates weren't a surprise to Trump, according to people who have spoken with the President. Trump has long assumed that members of his presidential campaign would be swept up in Mueller's probe.

The revelation that another campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos, pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI was far less expected, the sources said. And the assumption that Papadopoulos is cooperating with the FBI's Russia probe stirred even more unease among Trump's allies.
http://www.cnn.com/2017/10/30/politics/donald-trump-mueller-reaction/index.html

That by the way is also the same reaction we’re having to this story! Huh uh huh uh huh… ah, you get the idea! And what are you going to do when one of your top aides is indicted for possible crimes against the United States? Dismiss him as the coffee boy! Or maybe call him the Covfefe boy?

President Donald Trump and his allies fought back Tuesday against special counsel Robert Mueller’s wave of indictments against former campaign aides, dismissing an ex-foreign policy adviser who cut a plea deal with prosecutors as a “liar” and nothing more than the “coffee boy.”

The White House was rocked on Monday after Mueller’s team went public with charges against former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and Rick Gates, another campaign aide, including money laundering and other crimes related to the pair’s relationship with pro-Russian politicians in Ukraine.

It was also revealed that prosecutors had struck a plea deal with George Papadopoulos, a foreign policy adviser for the campaign who admitted to lying to the FBI regarding his interactions with Russia-linked contacts, including a promise of “thousands of emails” and “dirt” on Hillary Clinton.
https://www.politico.com/story/2017/10/31/trump-robert-mueller-indictments-response-244361

And there was the typical reaction you might expect from Trump’s press secretary and human drapery look alike Sarah Huckabee Sanders:

“The only thing I know about George Papadopoulos, frankly, is what's in the actual indictment,” Trump's personal attorney, Jay Sekulow, told CNN on Monday afternoon. “I don't know George Papadopoulos.”

Briefing reporters a short time later, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders described Papadopoulos's role in the campaign: “It was extremely limited. It was a volunteer position. And again, no activity was ever done in an official capacity on behalf of the campaign.”

She added this: “He was a volunteer on the campaign and a volunteer member of an advisory council that met one time.”

Yes, friends! Gather round friends! Pass the collection plate, friends!!! Yay, and in this most uncertain of times, we turn to the holiest among us. But even then we realize that the holiest among us, are full of, well…

Welcome everybody! Gather around yonder! Take a seat in the pew. Don’t be shy! Gather around! Because we have a lot of religious right lunacy to cover this week. Yay, do you hear that my sons and daughters? That is the sound of a glorious duck call! Because one of the craziest of the crazy, Phil Robertson, had this to say about one of the right wing’s favorite recording artists – Beyonce!

Phil Robertson, the “Duck Dynasty” celebrity who will soon be getting his own program on the online CRTV network, suggested recording artist Beyoncé was responsible for sexually transmitted diseases in the United States, warning that her music would lead Americans into the “microbe world” that will “rot your genitals off.”

In a social media video for Independent Journal Review shared on Robertson’s Facebook page on Friday, Robertson listened to clips of various pop songs and predictably expressed his disapproval. Things started to go off the rails, however, when Robertson listened to Beyoncé’s song “Blow.”

Robertson motioned for the song to be cut off.

“And you wonder why 110 million of us have a sexually transmitted disease at any given time?” Robertson asked.
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/phil-robertson-suggests-listening-to-beyonce-will-give-you-an-std/

Well young Phil, since you loveth Beyonce so much, here are some choice tracks for thine enjoyment!

See what we did there? So many STDs just on those four tracks! Rotting your genitals off? Me thinks Phil hath protest too much! Although we really wonder what he’s thinking when he’s not on camera. Next up there is Bryan Fischer, who offers this batshit crazy theory on who should be allowed to serve in Congress. First amendment be DAMNED!!!!!

On Friday, American Family Radio’s Bryan Fischer blasted Sen. Ben Sasse for condemning Alabama Republican senate candidate Roy Moore’s view that Muslims should be prohibited from serving in Congress.

Fischer said that Sasse and anyone else who would dare to criticize Moore’s position are “uninformed” about the true meaning of the Constitution, insisting that the prohibition on religious tests for office only means that elected officials do not need to be members of a specific Christian denomination.

“So when it says there can be no religious test in Article VI, you can’t have a Christian religious test that everybody has to pass in order to be eligible for federal office,” Fischer said. “It doesn’t say a single solitary thing about Islam because the Congress wasn’t even dealing with the topic of Islam when they were putting the Constitution together.”

“I believe Muslims can and should be excluded from Congress,” Fischer added, “for the same reason that Communists can and should be and legally are, because they believe in a totalitarian system, a totalitarian ideology.”
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/bryan-fischer-i-believe-muslims-can-and-should-be-excluded-from-congress/

Yeah BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Bryan must be needing to be saved because he certainly isn’t! By the way, you know how the right loves to harp on people for disrespecting the flag and nobody disrespected the flag more this Halloween than Tomi Lahren.

Newly-minted Fox News correspondent Tomi Lahren shook the internet on Saturday with her American flag themed Halloween costume. Her outfit may have desecrated the flag, according to Twitter.

Lahren, 25, draped herself in the American flag for Halloween. She wore the flag as a cape and paired it with a fanny pack which had stars and stripes on it. Her outfit also read, "Make America Great Again," the phrase President Donald Trump coined during his 2016 presidential campaign.

"Oh LA get ready to find your safe spaces!," Lahren captioned her Instagram photo. "What am I? Well if you’re a conservative, I’m American AF. If you’re a lib, I’m 'offensive.' Let’s go. #TeamTomi #halloween #MAGA #Merica #makeHalloweenGreatAgain."

Can we show that costume?

Yeah BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! That to me is disrespecting the flag more than kneeling for the National Anthem is! A flag draped over “Make America Great Again”? She’s a duck call short of being a full right wing douchebag. Speaking of safe spaces, going back to our old buddy Phil Robertson he had this to say about Harvey Weinstein.

“Duck Dynasty” patriarch Phil Robertson responded yesterday to the allegations of sexual assault against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein by going off on a rambling rant about how AIDS is God’s punishment for “perversion.”

Robertson joined EWTN’s “The World Over” yesterday, where host Raymond Arroyo asked him to comment on the numerous reports of sexual misconduct by Weinstein.

Robertson asked sarcastically who would expect “rank sexual immorality and perversion” in Hollywood before moving on to discuss sexually transmitted diseases, including AIDS, which he suggested are divine punishment for “perversion.”

“Worldwide, almost 40 million, 35 to 40 million individuals are now deceased because of AIDS,” Robertson said. “That’s caused by perversion, that behavior. I’m not making this up. You say, it’s dangerous to your health. Well, yeah. So to answer your question, just look at the sexually transmitted disease rate and say, know what? This is really—they receive in themselves the due penalty for their perversion. You say, it really is physiological debilitating.”
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/phil-robertson-responds-to-weinstein-allegations-by-saying-aids-is-gods-judgment-for-perversion/

Yeah really even JAY SUS has had enough of your bullshit, Phil! Time for thou to be smited by the LORD OUR GOD CREATOR OF ALL THINGS HOLY!!!!!!! PHIL ROBERTSON HAS SINNED AND HE NEEDS TO BE CLEANSED OF HIS SIN!!!!! Well, his sin of being a douchebag, anyways. And speaking of douchebags, there is Gordon Klingenschmitt who apparently does not speak to too many women, or any Muslims for that matter:

On a recent episode of his “Pray In Jesus Name” program, Religious Right activist Gordon Klingenschmitt applauded a law recently passed in Quebec that requires anyone providing or receiving any state service—including “boarding a bus, borrowing a book from the library or picking up a child at day care”—to do so with their face uncovered. Obviously, this has a dramatic impact on Muslim women who wear a burka or a niqab and you would think that someone like Klingenschmitt, who claims to care deeply about protecting religious liberty, would be outraged.

But you’d be wrong, since Klingenschmitt apparently only cares about protecting the religious liberty of conservative Christians, as he celebrated this new law for breaking “the spirit of slavery” that is at work in Islam, declaring that forcing Muslim women who chose to wear such garments to uncover their faces is intended to “liberate those women.”

“That liberates these women from the oppression of their false religion,” he said. “It’s actually the government protecting their right to uncover their face in public, in fact, insisting on freedom for women. This is not an anti-Muslim law, this is a pro-woman law and thank God. I discern the spirit of God on the people in Quebec who are liberating these women from the oppression of their abusive husbands.”
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/gordon-klingenschmitt-canadian-law-forcing-muslim-women-to-uncover-their-faces-is-a-pro-woman-law/

For even JAYSUS can’t bare himself to look at the epic failure that is Gordon Klingenschmitt! I mean can we sayeth some prayers and pass the collection plate? Your generous donation will help today! Because the lord our god needs your money to help him build a paradise! Can we get an amen from my gospel choir? How about that! And then there is Trump’s favorite pastor Robert Jeffress who offers this theory about Harvey Weinstein:

Last week, President Trump took to his Twitter account to promote a new book by Robert Jeffress, a Dallas pastor and fervent Trump supporter who has a long record of anti-LGBTQ extremism and hostility toward religious minorities, including Mormons and Catholics.

A few days later, Jeffress hosted Fox News personality Sean Hannity at his church’s Sunday service, where he also gave a sermon denouncing the Supreme Court decisions that have allowed for legal abortion and marriage equality and disallowed government-sponsored prayer in schools, which he said will eventually cause the country’s “implosion.”

Jeffress even linked the 1962 Engle v. Vitale decision on school-sponsored prayer to the numerous allegations of sexual assault against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, saying that what Weinstein is alleged to have done was the “natural result” of the nation having “untethered itself from the absolute truths of God’s word” when “secularists” and “infidels” removed state-sponsored prayer from schools.
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/robert-jeffress-harvey-weinstein-the-natural-result-of-removing-prayer-from-schools/

Yeah seriously the fail is strong with this one! And then finally this week there beith Pat Robertson who thinks Trump can just pardon his way out of this:

On “The 700 Club” this morning, televangelist Pat Robertson reacted to the news that former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort had been indicted by special counsel Robert Mueller as part of his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election by calling on President Trump to issue a blanket pardon of everyone who might be implicated in the probe and to then shut down the investigation entirely.

Robertson absurdly claimed that Mueller’s investigation has been inexorably “tainted” by the fact that the Clinton campaign and DNC reportedly helped to fund an opposition research dossier during the campaign that alleged connections between the Trump campaign and Russia, insisting that any indictments that result from the Mueller’s investigation must therefore be dismissed and the investigation quashed.
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/pat-robertson-trump-should-issue-a-blanket-pardon-and-shut-down-mueller-investigation/

Yay, that is it for mass this week, my young children of JAYSUS! May you go in peace! That is it this week for:

World Of Sports

[br]

So it seems sports has a bit of a racist problem, and it’s not Fox News who’s instigating it. Yeah you can make the argument that Fox is trying to hijack the narrative on the national anthem protests in the NFL, and well, spoiler alert – yes they are! But it’s more than just football that’s got a race problem! It’s spilling out into baseball, hockey, and basketball! And this week it started with the World Series and the Houston Astros.

Houston Astros first baseman Yuli Gurriel is being punished after he was caught by cameras Friday night making a racially insensitive gesture toward Dodgers pitcher Yu Darvish during Game 3 of the World Series.

Major League Baseball tweeted Saturday that Gurriel will be suspended without pay for the first five games of the 2018 regular season. MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred said Saturday that there is "no place for this type of behavior in our game."

Gurriel in a statement posted on Twitter by the Astros on Saturday apologized and called the gesture "indefensible."

The incident started when Gurriel kicked off the second inning of Game 3 by smashing a home run off of Darvish, giving the Astros a 1-0 lead. But the run was immediately overshadowed when the first baseman returned to the dugout and was filmed pulling the corners of his eyes in an offensive jab at Darvish's Japanese heritage.
https://www.nbcnews.com/news/asian-america/astros-first-baseman-yuli-gurriel-be-questioned-after-racially-insensitive-n815281

Well, you’re not wrong. I mean it is Texas. No offense, Texas democrats! But it’s not just the Astros who are dealing with a race problem – that team that plays right across the street from Minute Maid Park is also having a racist problem. But not with the players, with their owner!

HOUSTON (AP) — Bob McNair, the chairman and chief executive of the Houston Texans, apologized Friday after a report said he declared "we can't have the inmates running the prison" during a meeting of NFL owners over what to do about players who kneel in protest during the national anthem.

McNair said he regretted using the expression and that he was "not referring to our players."

"I used a figure of speech that was never intended to be taken literally," McNair said. "I would never characterize our players or our league that way and I apologize to anyone who was offended by it."

Texans left tackle Duane Brown told reporters that he was "sickened" by McNair's words.
http://www.stltoday.com/sports/football/houston-texans-ceo-apologizes-over-inmates-comment/article_029f322e-331a-5e01-bdf6-49066b919a4f.html

Yeah if you’re not racist but then you have to clarify it – guess what? You’re a racist! But then guess what happened? The whole team kneeled in protest not just because of Colin Kaepernick, but also to protest Bob McNair’s blatant racism!

SEATTLE – More than 30 members of the Houston Texans took a knee and several sat during the anthem before Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks in protest of owner Bob McNair's comment that "we can't have the inmates running the prison."

At least seven Seahawks players – five in uniform and two inactive players – sat during the anthem, continuing the protest Michael Bennett started earlier this year.

“It was a lot of emotions. Just a huge sense of unity I think that we all felt,” Texans left tackle Duane Brown said. “Just coming out and playing for each other, forgetting everything else. Once kickoff started, we tried to block out any other distractions.”
https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/2017/10/29/texans-kneel-protest-national-anthem-bob-mcnair-inmates/811464001/

And then we have to talk about this incident from New Jersey – what happens when Trump trolls run the show. And yes these people are real, no they are not Russian bots. Let’s explain further.

A father and son who were part of an officiating crew assigned to work a New Jersey high school football game walked off the field in protest after members from one of the teams took a knee during the national anthem Friday night.

Ernie Lunardelli, the head linesman, said he and his son, Anthony, a line judge, stood on the field with their hands on their hearts while the anthem was played prior to Monroe’s home game against Colts Neck and that both left the field immediately after the anthem because they saw four Monroe players take a knee.

“Anybody that disrespects the flag, in my eyes, it’s not right,” said Ernie Lunardelli, a veteran scholastic football official in his 18th season. “What they are doing with this kneeling and everything, they have the right do to that, but the national anthem has nothing to do with them kneeling. The flag has got nothing to do with why they are protesting. If they want to protest, let them protest, but don’t disrespect our country, the flag and the armed forces.”
http://www.mycentraljersey.com/story/sports/high-school/football/2017/10/28/n-j-high-school-football-refs-walk-off-field-protest-after-players-take-knee-during-anthem/809936001/

It’s not disrespecting the flag, you idiots! It’s about protesting racism! And by the way, would you be surprised these dolts disrespected an American president? Yeah I know I’m not!

An official who walked off the field in protest Friday after seeing players from Monroe High School kneel during the national anthem made racial and insensitive comments on social media but claimed his account was hacked, NJ Advance Media has learned.

On a Facebook post from Jan. 21 showing a picture of President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, Ernie Lunardelli wrote: "Yea! Thanks for f***ing up the country!! Back to the zoo!!"

On another Facebook post about the Obamas on Jan. 20 -- President Donald Trump's inauguration day -- Lunardelli also posted: "Back to the zoo!!!"

Meanwhile, his son and the other official, Anthony Lunardelli, described Giants quarterback Eli Manning as having "jew luck" in a Facebook comment on Feb. 5, 2012.

Gun Nut Apologists

[br]

Sigh… this is why we cant have nice things. The gun nuts. Yes, and they seem to be getting more and more fanatical. You know Australia voluntarily disarmed after a horrible mass shooting back in 1996 and gun crimes have gone down and their quality of living has gone up. Well, not in the United States, where gun nuts take the line “SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!!!!!1!!!1!” just a little too literally. Well, the Sandy Hooking of the Vegas tragedy has begun, with the Gun Nut Apologists doing what they do best: harassing the victims.

A Canadian man who survived getting shot in the head during the massacre at a Las Vegas country music festival has been bombarded with death threats from online conspiracy theorists.

Braden Matejka barely escaped the Route 91 Harvest festival with his life after Stephen Paddock fired a barrage of bullets from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino down on the outdoor concert below. The 64-year-old gunman killed 58 people and injured hundreds more, Matejka among them.

“You are a lying piece of s--- and I hope someone truly shoots you in the head,” one person wrote to Matejka on Facebook in the days after the worst shooting in modern U.S. history.

Another wrote: “Your soul is disgusting and dark! You will Pay for the consequences.”
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/las-vegas-shooting-victims-slammed-death-threats-article-1.3591391

Sigh… only in America can you survive a mass shooting, only to get a death threat from someone who wishes they were the one who pulled the trigger first! Ain’t the second amendment grand? Thank you! I mean these fucking people. Yes ma’am? Oh it gets worse! So much worse!

Las Vegas shooting victims recovering from the worst mass shooting in modern U.S. history earlier this month now face death threats from conspiracy theorists convinced that the massacre was a hoax, and that wounded individuals were crisis actors.

“You are a lying piece of shit and I hope someone truly shoots you in the head,” a Facebook commenter wrote on the page of Braden Matejka, a 30-year-old concertgoer from British Columbia who took a bullet to the back of his head and survived. Posts like this began to populate quickly alongside messages of support from friends and family, forcing Matejka to delete both his Facebook and Instagram accounts.

“I’d be happy to talk to these people, but it seems there’s no reasoning,” Matejka told the Guardian. “A really sad part of this is that a lot of these people think they’re fighting the good fight and exposing truth.”

But there is some good news at least. While there hasn’t been a motive established yet and the NRA is trying to bury the lead on this one, doctors are examining Stephen Paddock’s brain to figure out why he snapped:

LAS VEGAS -- Scientists are preparing to do a microscopic study of the Las Vegas gunman's brain, but whatever they find, if anything, likely won't be what led him to kill 58 people in the worst mass shooting in modern U.S. history, experts said.

Stephen Paddock's brain is being sent to Stanford University for a months-long examination after a visual inspection during an autopsy found no abnormalities, Las Vegas authorities said.

Doctors will perform multiple forensic analyses, including an exam of the 64-year-old's brain tissue to find any possible neurological problems.

Oh and here’s something that will make you sick if you’re not already is that the Alt Right were celebrating this horrific tragedy and they are almost the source of most of the misinformation and conspiracy theories that came out of it:

“I have something horrible to say,” Gavin McInnes, the Vice co-founder-turned-“alt-lite”-rabble-rouser, told viewers of his daily video rant, Get Off My Lawn, on Tuesday. “Something sick and wrong.”

For McInnes’s legion of white nationalist fans, there was no surprise in that: The U.K.-born Canadian, who also founded the bullyboy “fraternity” Proud Boys and formerly starred on far-right Rebel TV, has made a career of saying unspeakable things about practically everybody who’s not a right-wing white man. But in the wake of the murder of anti-fascist protester Heather Heyer at the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, McInnes—one of the first alt-right rats to flee the ship and embrace the “lite” label once Nazi salutes began to tarnish the brand—had announced that he was leaving Rebel and “going mainstream.”

But if any of his angry young white male fans worried that McInnes would stop pulling his punches now that he’d matriculated to CRTV, the platform that hosts such “mainstream” stalwarts as Mark Levin, Michelle Malkin, and Steve Deace, his response to the Las Vegas massacre was about to provide some reassurance. “I thought, yesterday, ‘Oh, good!’” McInnes said. “Sorry, I know it’s a horrible word to use in such a catastrophe. But I thought, ‘The narrative may have switched now. Right-wingers are no longer the murderers of Heather Heyer. Now we’re the victims of Stephen Paddock.’”
https://newrepublic.com/article/145192/alt-lite-celebrated-las-vegas-massacre

Yeah BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! If a mass shooting happens and your first thought is “how can we blame this on democrats”, you are truly fucked in the head and should be under intensive psychiatric care! Well who needs ISIS when we have Infowars?

Milo Yiannopoulos, the right-wing provocateur and former Breitbart News editor, has gone on Australian television network Sky News Australia to make unsubstantiated allegations about the mass shooting in Las Vegas earlier this month, in which 59 people were killed. Law enforcement agencies have concluded that shooter Stephen C. Paddock acted alone, though they have not determined his motive.

The persistence of conspiracy theories surrounding the Las Vegas attack is a testament to the quickness and ease with which misinformation can be disseminated in the Information Age. And while unflattering but accurate reports are deemed "fake news," conspiracy theories are peddled as brave truth-telling ventures of the kind establishment media outlets are purportedly no longer willing to undertake (or underwrite).

Some, for example, have suggested that Paddock was a fundamentalist adherent of the Islamic State, while others believe that he was a liberal, noting that he chose to attack a country music concert, where the audience would have presumably been right-leaning.

It’s now time for:

?itemid=3548191

And boy do I need a drink this week. Whew. Man there’s a lot of sexual harassment stories, there’s a lot of Trump bullshit, a lot of well, everything. So what shall I order? Waitress, can I see the drink menu please? I’ll have a tall boy of PBR please. No, fuck it. I’ll have a tall boy of Busch Light. That’s right – I managed to find the one beer cheaper than PBR! So why am I drinking Busch Light? It’s to celebrate this news!

It was all a goof. Kid Rock admitted on Tuesday morning (Oct. 24) that his tease about running for Senate in Michigan was all a joke to promote his upcoming album, Sweet Southern Sugar (Nov. 3). "Fuck no I'm not running for Senate. Are you fucking kidding me? Who fucking couldn't figure that out?" Rock (born Robert Ritchie) told SiriusXM host Howard Stern. The "Devil Without a Cause" rapper stirred up speculation this summer that he could become the latest celebrity to jump into politics when he launched the kidrockforsenate.com site and began selling merchandise.

Saying he was going to run was “the worst advice that I ever gave myself, but it’s been the most creative thing I’ve ever done, and I gotten to see everyone’s true colors," Rock, 46, was proud that he had gotten endorsements from the White House, former Trump whisperer Steve Bannon, former New York Gov. George Pataki as well as fans from "all over the world" for his fake run. He especially got a laugh out the fact that some of the people in his own inner circle bought the gag that he was going to take on Democrat Debbie Stabenow.
http://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/rock/8013811/kid-rock-senate-run-joke-howard-stern-interview-new-album-tour

Whew!!!! Yeah!!!! Kid Rock is *NOT* running for Senate! Aw, but part of me really wanted to hear him scream “Bawitdaba” on the Senate floor! But guess what? Not only that, he admitted that it was all just a publicity stunt!

According to The Pulse Of Radio, Kid Rock admitted in an interview with Howard Stern what many suspected all along: he's not running for the U.S. Senate seat in Michigan and the whole fake campaign — including concerts resembling rallies, a KidRockForSenate web site and political speeches — was a publicity stunt for his upcoming studio album.

Rock told Stern: "Fuck no, I'm not running for Senate. Are you kidding me? Who couldn't figure that out? I'm releasing a new album on November 3rd. I'm going on tour too. Are you fucking shitting me?"

Apparently a number of Rock's supporters thought the campaign was more than just fake news, even speculating on a Rock run at the White House down the line.

The singer said that staging the fake campaign was "the worst advice that I ever gave myself," but added, "It's been the most creative thing I've ever done, and I got to see everybody's true colors."

Read more at http://www.blabbermouth.net/news/kid-rock-admits-senate-run-was-publicity-stunt.html#B5VhOHUMv2u6KB9F.99

So here’s the thing people are asking – what can we learn from a fake run for senate by a fake senate campaign that produced some shockingly scary poll numbers? Here’s what!

By now you’ve heard, perhaps, that Kid Rock — the alter ego of Robert Ritchie known for “Bawitdaba” and other mellifluous music — is not, in fact, running for Senate in his home state of Michigan.

“F— no, I’m not running for Senate,” Kid Rock said on “The Howard Stern Show” on Tuesday morning, putting to bed months of rumors that he was making a bid to join the world’s most exclusive club. “I’m releasing a new album. I’m going on tour, too.” And, of course, this is as it should be: We’re all better off with the soothing sounds of “American Bad A–” and “Cowboy” and “Born Free” caroming off of our arena walls than Kid Rock’s five-point plan for tax reform blasting from the hustings.

But if we’re going to be honest with ourselves — and we’re all friends here, so that’s okay — the reason Kid Rock’s shenanigans weren’t dismissed out of hand as little more than free publicity for a singer looking to make a few extra dollars is that, well, it all made a bit too much sense, didn’t it? Not solely because of the election of Donald Trump to the presidency, mind you, though the similarities between the two are obvious; one imagines that Mr. Rock’s co-opting of a variety of no-nonsense pandering to working-class whites could have led him to victory in the state Trump carried 47.6 percent to 47.3 percent.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/act-four/wp/2017/10/25/kid-rocks-senate-run-seemed-plausible-because-it-made-a-disturbing-amount-of-sense/

But here’s the thing – haven’t we had enough of Kid Rock’s bullshit? Yeah he’s repeatedly insulted LGBT people and denounced Colin Kaepernick, and shot grills with bazookas, and was giving the proverbial finger to Hillary Clinton when he was at the White House. But could this be the last straw?

Haven’t we had enough of Kid Rock?

He’s the performer who once told protesters to “kiss my ass” over his use of the Confederate flag.

He’s the devil without a cause, with the exception of soaking America in good values like cheap beer and racism.

He’s the Detroit rapper turned country music star who released his own line of pro-Trump merchandise and was rewarded with the opportunity to mock a portrait of Hillary Clinton in the White House alongside Sarah Palin and Ted Nugent, completing the Holy Trinity of “right-winging, bitter-clinging, proud clingers of our guns, our God and our religions.” (Only, you know, one of them starred in a porno with that guy from Creed and screams lyrics like, “Now if you wanna be fucked then step up, bitch / I’m gonna pack my dick all up in your shit / Now I don’t like rubbers, they hold me back / Instead I roll like Tonto and ride bareback.”

World Tour Destination #20: The Philippines
[br]
[br]

Part of our mission statement here at the Top 10 Conservative Idiots is to show you that conservative idiocy isn’t just a problem with America. No, it’s a global problem that is stemming far and wide, and it’s not just America where conservative idiots ruin everything they touch. And if you’re thinking of moving out of the United States just because Donald J. Trump is our current president and our nation is turning to shit, you should know what it is you’re getting into should you decide that you want to leave the country. So if you want a recap of where we’ve been so far, in the last few weeks we’ve discovered that Japan has a nuclear problem, South Korea might go nuclear, and China’s falling space station will most likely kill a whole bunch of us. Literally. Here’s the tour schedule:

The Philippines

Welcome to Manila everybody! The Philippines are home to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches in the Pacific Ocean. The kind where you can sit out in a hut and overlook the blue ocean and white sand beneath your feet. It’s also home to lots of active volcanos if you’re in to that sort of thing. Manila is also the home to the Manila Ocean Park – an actual underwater aquarium – in the ocean! The Philippines is also the home of the Human Island Resort – a small island that we can only imagine is what it would be like if you actually stayed on the island from “Lord Of The Flies” but with hotels and flat screen TVs. It’s also the home of one of the world’s largest active volcanoes – the Camiguin. And Manila isn’t the only major city in the Philippenes – it’s also the home of the city of Cebu – a modern metropolis where you can also kick back with your favorite cocktail in a tiki hut overlooking the amazing looking blue oceans that you can see for miles. But what else is the Philippenes the home of? Well it’s the home of Donald Trump’s new BFF in the dictator world – Rodrigo Duterte! And we’re going to show you “Trumps Around The World”.

MANILA (Reuters) - Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday defended his bloody war on drugs, telling Southeast Asian lawyers he had been “demonized” and denying allegations of state-sponsored killings of drug dealers and users.

Duterte’s crackdown has caused international alarm, and domestic polls have shown growing scepticism about the 16-month old campaign that has killed thousands of mostly urban, poor Filipinos.

His government’s human rights record has been strongly criticized by Western countries, and is one of the issues U.S. President Donald Trump plans to raise on a visit to Manila next month to attend a regional summit.

“I know that I have been demonized,” Duterte said, invoking God and his oath as a lawyer as he offered his assurance. “The extra judicial tag that has been placed on me is simply not true.”

&t=10s

We don’t feel for you one bit, you ruthless dictator scumbag. In fact this may be where Donald Trump is getting his plan to have military parades coming to your town. Yes – another sure fire sign of fascism!

MANILA (Reuters) - Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday ordered the new army commander to recruit and organize 10 new infantry battalions to crush remnants of pro-Islamic State militants, days after they were defeated in a southern city.

The military on Monday declared victory over the Maute group, which seized control in Marawi City on May 23, after killing the last 40 remaining militants, including a few foreign fighters.

More than 1,100 people, including 165 soldiers, died in the five-month conflict.

“We were instructed to organize ten additional battalions,” new military chief Lieutenant-General Rey Leonardo Guerrero told reporters after Duterte installed him to head the 130,000-strong armed forces. One battalion comprises about 500 soldiers.
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-philippines-security/philippines-duterte-orders-army-to-recruit-10-new-battalions-to-crush-militants-idUSKBN1CV1ZT

But eh at least it’s good to see Duterte has his priorities straight! I mean it doesn’t matter that the Philippines has been overrun by a ruthless, Putin-esque dictatorship hell bent on destroying most of the country and suppressing the opposition. Kind of like the republican party. You know what he’s giving back to the people? Faster internet! Yes, we are not making this up!

MANILA, Philippines — Alibaba founder and executive chairman Jack Ma looked upbeat after a meeting with President Duterte at Malacañang yesterday despite reports that he complained of the slow internet connection in the country.

Duterte and Ma talked about bringing in platforms to boost the mobile technology, internet banking and e-commerce industry in the Philippines, officials who attended the meeting told The STAR.

Noting the slow local connection, Ma also expressed interest to help boost internet services for the Philippines.

“Perfect! Excellent meeting,” Ma told reporters at the Palace grounds when asked how his meeting with Duterte went.
http://www.philstar.com:8080/headlines/2017/10/26/1752608/jack-ma-keen-making-philippines-internet-faster

But guess what? America isn’t the only ones suffering from a fake news problem. You know who else suffers from a fake news problem? That’s right. And I’m normally not against war, but I would like to see one well placed missile target Putin’s troll army in the Kremlin. Can we at least wish for that?

MANILA — Yen Makabenta, a veteran journalist now at The Manila Times, wrote a prominent column last month about the American ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, who enthusiastically praised President Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippines. “The Philippines is suffocating,” Mr. Makabenta quoted the ambassador as saying. “We must give President Duterte the space to run his nation.” Ms. Haley, he reported, warned of “destructive forces” that “have calibrated their plot to ouster movements” against Mr. Duterte.

Mr. Duterte no doubt appreciated Ms. Haley’s support. The only problem: It wasn’t true. Mr. Makabenta had based his column on a fake story from a website whose web address, grammatical errors and far-fetched assertions should have made clear that it was a counterfeit of Al Jazeera.

As it has around the world, the internet in the Philippines has become a morass of fake news and conspiracy theories, harassment and bullying. This has muddied public discourse and cultivated a populist attitude toward democracy. What is true, or legal, is no longer important as long as the majority supports it. Responsibility has been discarded for partisanship.
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/24/opinion/fake-news-philippines.html

But if you’re thinking of visiting or even relocating to the Philippines, I would say don’t. They’re in the midst of a very brutal conflict between Islamic factions that have taken over the region. And the government is having its’ own George W. Bush “Mission Accomplished” moment!

MANILA — Flanked by soldiers and officers, President Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippines on Tuesday declared the southern city of Marawi “liberated from terrorist influence,” five months after Islamic militants stormed the town, killing scores and sending thousands fleeing.

The president’s visit to Marawi came one day after the authorities declared government forces had killed the insurgency’s leaders in a gunfight. But gunfire could still be heard in pockets of the city, where about 30 militants, some of them foreigners, continued a last stand. At least 20 civilians remain hostages, the authorities said.

Those remaining fighters, officials said, were led by Mahmud bin Ahmad, a Malaysian terrorist who has helped fund the fighting in the Philippines’ restive south. Mr. Ahmad was a close associate of Isnilon Hapilon, an F.B.I.-wanted terrorist who was killed in Monday’s fighting. Mr. Hapilon was the leader of Abu Sayyaf, a terrorist group linked to the Islamic State.
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/17/world/asia/philippines-marawi-fighting.html

The Verdict & Scorecard

Yeah you’re probably better off skipping this country for now. If you’re from here… great! If you want to visit, be sure and don’t do drugs! If you’re thinking of moving here, well at least the real estate will be cheap once the dust settles from the war!

SOJA

Ladies and gentlemen, I love our next guest, they are a forward thinking reggae rock band from Washington, DC and their latest album is called “Poetry In Motion”. It just came out last week! Playing their song “Bad News”, give it up for SOJA!

Yeah how about that?

See you next week! If we still live through this week that is!

RWW: Something Reeks About Mike Cernovich's Appearance At Columbia University

Last night, nearly every prominent self-described “New Right” personality shared a photo purporting to show protesters who had gathered in New York to oppose a speech by right-wing activist and self-described journalist Mike Cernovich flying a banner endorsing pedophilia, in what appears to be yet another hoax designed to smear New Right opposition.

Cernovich gave a short lecture about the rise of alternative media at Columbia University in New York City last night and was met by hundreds of protesters who opposed his appearance on campus. The protest group included students, members of the public, and anti-fascist protesters.

Then, serial hoaxer and Pizzagate pioneer Jack Posobiec began circulating photographs online purporting to show anti-Cernovich protesters holding a sign that read “No white supremacy, no pedobashing, no Mike Cernovich” and featured a logo for the North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA), a group with a nearly non-existent membership that seeks to abolish the age of consent. The photos spread like wildfire on alt-right and New Right Twitter:

Posobiec is a media personality known for his endorsement of conspiracy theories and orchestration of hoax news events. In the last year, Posobiec has been caught planting a “Rape Melania” sign at a Trump rally to smear anti-Trump protesters, sending trolls to a net neutrality rally with signs calling for the shutdown of conservative media outlets, and distributing fake flyers at another net neutrality event claiming that participants endorsed “Satanic porn.”

That's right - they purposefully paint their protestors as child molestors! I mean really these fucking people. I wonder what they must think about when cameras aren't following them?

Gordon Klingenschmitt: Christians Must Run For Office So The Church Can Take Over The Government

In 2014, Religious Right activist Gordon Klingenschmitt was elected to a seat in the Colorado House of Representatives, despite his long history of extremist views and outrageous statements. Even though his term in office was repeatedly marked by controversy, Klingenschmitt decided to run for a seat in the state senate in 2016, only to lose the Republican primary, bringing his short political career to an end.

Despite his rather ignominious record, Klingenschmitt has now written a book entitled “How To Liberate The World in 30 Days: A Step-by-Step Guide to Take Back Your Country,” which he claims will teach conservative Christian how to get more involved in politics in order to save America.

Klingenschmitt recently appeared on the “Vocal Point” radio program, where he declared that Christians must run for office so that the church can “take over the government” and implement the will of God here on earth.

“If you’re Christian, I think you have an obligation to serve your country in some way,” Klingenschmitt said. “Up in heaven, God already rules. But down here on earth, it’s not always the case. There are some places where God’s will is not done, we read about sin every day in the newspapers. Look at what happened in Las Vegas, that was not the will of God, so we need to stand up for what is the will of God and bring His will down here to earth, the same way it is already being done in heaven.”

Top 10 Conservative Idiots #3-19: The New Adventures Of Robin Trump & Liddle Bob Edition

Top 10 Conservative Idiots #3-19: The New Adventures Of Robin Trump & Liddle Bob Edition

Welcome back to the Top 10 Conservative Idiots! First off – GO DODGERS!!!! Whew!!!! Yeah, I have Dodgers fever because we’re in Burbank this week. Sorry Cubs, you had a great run. But anyone who can beat the New York Yankees… yeah boo!!!!, I am all for it! We are back everybody! I'm going to make the intro short this week because we have a lot of idiocy to get to. Let’s start with a cool event that happened in Los Angeles this week, and I’m not talking about the collective hangover the Dodgers fans are celebrating after all night benders. So Tom Petty… right? This isn’t Jeopardy, sir! And one of his biggest songs called “Free Falling”. Well anyway there was a huge homage to Tom Petty and his song last week in Ventura, California. So the famous lyric in the song goes “And the vampires walk down Ventura Blvd”. Well the city of Sherman Oaks closed off the 15000 block of Ventura Blvd – near the Sherman Oaks Galleria, where the vampires really did march down Ventura Blvd. It was a really cool event that turned out great with the whole mall getting into it. OK enough of the intro. We got a lot of idiocy to get to this week. But first Bill Maher is back and he rails on the concept of the whole Facebook Russia fiasco with “Shit Starters”:

Number one this week is easily going to go to the Alt Right (1). So Richard Spencer got shut down in Gainsville this week while speaking to the University Of Florida. Maybe Florida isn’t as crazy as we thought. In the second slot, we’re bringing back “Beating A Dead Horse”. We’re going to introduce you to a controversial right wing anti-immigration protest group called “VDare” that’s too extreme for Breitbart! And this is the third time they got denied to host their annual convention. At number 3 originally were going to talk about Mike Pence, but we have to talk about the Trump V. Corker feud, and it is quite exquisite. President Trump (4) takes up just a single slot this week. But man it’s a doozy – and he continues to attack the widow of fallen Niger soldier Sgt. La David Johnson. Whew. Trump, keep doing what you’re doing. In the number 5 slot we originally had a much different segment planned, but we got to talk about Barstool Sports (5). So ESPN cancelled their new show “Barstool Van Talk” after one episode – and wait until you find out the reason behind it. At the number 6 slot, we’re doing our due diligence by reporting on all the wackiness surrounding the Christian right in our favorite segment where I try out my inner preacher, “Holy Shit” (6). And that name is a double pun too! Taking the seventh slot is, ugh, it’s Alex Jones (7). And yes we have to talk about his latest rant, and he really is the gift of crazy that just keeps on giving. At number 8 is former Playboy Playmate and the world’s most famous porn star Jenna Jameson (8). Did you know that Playboy hired its’ first ever transgender model? Well, Ms. Jameson isn’t having any of it, and we will explain further. In the number 9 (NEIN!!!!) slot we’ve got a new installment of “People Are Dumb” because, well, people are dumb. Finally this week its’ more of the Top 10 World Tour (10). This time we’re going to one of the biggest countries in the entire world. It’s the home of the Great Wall, the land of chow mein, and Tianamen Square, the home of Macau and Hong Kong, I’m of course talking about China! Plus we have some live music for you from the one and only Macklemore! His new album “Gemini” is outstanding, and if you don’t have it, well, get out of my audience. Enjoy! And as always don’t forget the key!

[div style="padding: 20px; background-color: #ffffff; border-radius: 10px; box-shadow: 0px 2px 4px 1px #aaa;"][div style="font-family: arial, helvetica; font-weight: bold; border-bottom: 1px dotted #999; padding-bottom: 8px;"]
The Alt Right
[br]
[br] B

Before we start this week, I have a Top 10 update for you – this is about the Kid Rock For Senate campaign, that is officially no more.

Kid Rock has officially ruled out a run for Senate in Michigan next year.

Speaking to radio shock jock Howard Stern on Tuesday, Robert Ritchie, also known by his stage name Kid Rock, sought to dispel rumors that he would jump into the 2018 race to unseat incumbent Democratic Sen. Debbie Stabenow.

"F--- no I'm not running for Senate, are you f---ing kidding me?" he told Stern. "Who couldn't figure that out?"

Kid Rock, a prominent Michigan Republican who visited President Donald Trump at the White House in April, fueled speculation earlier this year that he may run.

A July poll showed him in a virtual dead heat with Stabenow, a longtime Michigan senator. The same poll showed him with a substantial lead in Michigan's GOP primary.
http://www.businessinsider.com/kid-rock-says-he-wont-run-for-senate-2017-10?utm_source=feedly&utm_medium=referral

Well, to be fair, his campaign lasted 12.5 Scaramuccis. Hey o!!! Now back to the original entry: You know white supremacy has been in the news an awful lot lately. The Alt Right especially – you know the guys who show up to rallies in khakis and white collared shirts carrying tiki torches as opposed to their dads who show up to rallies in full KKK gear burning crosses. And by the way – the alt right are your fun loving racists, as evidenced by these douchebags at Kent State who were trying to make a statement about safe spaces by openly wearing diapers and playing in cribs, because, you know “safe spaces are for children”! but they failed!

https://twitter.com/TPUSAatKent/status/921005124947988480

Now just remember this Kent State Republicans – we’re laughing *AT* you, not *WITH* you. Well this week, the reigning king of the Alt Right and guy who complained to Bethesda that the new Wolfenstein game features too much Nazi killing, Richard Spencer, went to Florida. And this happened:

(CNN)Protesters greeted white supremacist leader Richard Spencer with loud boos and chants of "Go home Spencer" during his speech Thursday afternoon at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
The talk was Spencer's first planned speech on a college campus since he and others participated in the "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, in August.
With an intensive police presence, protesters chanted, "We don't want your Nazi hate" and "Nazi scum off our streets." The anti-Spencer protesters, who vastly outnumbered the supporters, carried signs against fascism, neo-Nazis and white supremacy.

Spencer took the stage at the Phillips Center at just after 2:45 p.m. Those in the venue, many of whom stood with their fists raised, loudly booed and chanted lines like "Go home Spencer" and "Nazis are not welcome here."
http://www.cnn.com/2017/10/19/us/university-florida-richard-spencer-speech/index.html

Here’s the thing – you know when you say “I’m not racist, but…” then you follow it up with something horribly racist, guess what? You’re a racist! And by the way – you know how they always say that you can judge a person by the company they keep? Well, would you be surprised to learn that guys with guns were outside talking about the forthcoming race war? Really, these dipshits have about as much credibility of starting a war as Cartman does.

Five arrests were made Thursday in connection with an event that self-described white supremacist Richard Spencer held at the University of Florida campus in Gainesville.

Three men were arrested for their alleged role in a shooting incident following Spencer's speech, according to the Gainesville Police Department. The three suspects "engaged in an argument with another group of people that turned violent with gunfire," police said in a press release today.

The three individuals -- Tyler Tenbrink, 28, William Fears, 30, and Colton Fears, 28 -- are all from Texas, according to police.

The police report for Tenbrink states that while in a car, the suspects pulled up to the victims and one of the three men shouted "Hail Hitler and other chants" before "an argument ensued." According to police, Tenbrink got out of the vehicle with a handgun and threatened to kill the victims, while the two other men encouraged him to shoot them. Polie said Tenbrink fired a single shot that "thankfully missed the group" and hit a nearby building.

No… no race war. Especially when the white supremacists firing guns missed all of their targets. Really, these guys have the aim of Stormtroopers. Oh and guess what? Richard Spencer already comments that he will keep returning to Charlottesville, because, reasons.

“We will be back again… and again, and again.”

White nationalist Richard Spencer has brought a trio of torch rallies to Charlottesville. Now, he says plan on seeing even more.

Spencer knows the law and how to use it to get what he wants. We saw that on Saturday, October 7, when he led a torch march to Emancipation Park, knowing the city’s top prosecutor couldn't do a thing about it.

In a rare interview he spoke one-on-one with NBC29's Henry Graff about race, monuments, and Charlottesville. Spencer says history chose Charlottesville. For him, going to the University of Virginia and living here after graduation were also factors.

And Richard Spencer really knows his audience doesn’t he? You know the right wing has been trying like mad to target universities in the last 20 years because they hate liberals so much. And then there’s this douchebag at Virginia Tech:

A graduate student and teaching instructor at Virginia Tech has been discovered to be an avowed white supremacist, but university officials have yet to take any action to dismiss him.

Mark Neuhoff, who teaches English composition at the university part-time, was discovered in late September to have posted a series of racist comments on social media. “I want white supremacy,” one post read. “Whites must be in control if we are to preserve western culture. Categorically, no other race can do it.”

A group calling itself New River Valley Against Fascism obtained screenshots of Neuhoff’s social media posts and published them in a September 26 blog post. They include multiple comments about Holocaust denial, as well as one post about how Neuhoff managed to get himself banned from the infamous neo-Nazi site Stormfront for talking about the importance of having free speech in a White Nationalist society.

When asked by the Roanoke Times to explain the posts, Neuhoff said that they were an “accurate reflection of my personal beliefs.” “All of the posts are private for a specific audience who knows and understands who I am,” Neuhoff said. “What I was doing with my posts was trying to redefine the term that is destructive and shuts someone down — white supremacist.”

That one is pretty fitting! Well, getting back to the Alt Right – they crazy. But there are ways to counter said crazy. Take a look at what the Alligator Brewing Company – based in Gainsville, was offering to help combat Richard Spencer:

Richard Spencer, "alt-right" leader and hatemonger who just can't seem to stop getting punched, is scheduled to give a speech at the University of Florida in Gainesville on Thursday. The University accepted his request on threat of lawsuit, but its president has condemned Spencer's "message of hate and racism" and asked students to stay away. Florida governor Rick Scott has declared a state of emergency in the university's county and activated the National Guard. Students and Gainesville residents have formed a group called No Nazis at UF, some of whom marched on a campus administrative building to protest.

There have been smaller protests, too. Alligator Brewing, a tiny brewery in Gainesville, has stepped up to mount its own protest to Spencer by promising that any UF students who get tickets his appearance can exchange them for a draft beer at Alligator. Alligator, in return, will dispose of the tickets so they can't be used.

“We unfortunately can’t stop him from bringing his hate to Gainesville,” the brewery posted on Facebook and Instagram. “But we can empty the room so his disgusting message goes unheard.”
http://www.esquire.com/food-drink/a13043400/alligator-brewing-protest-richard-spencer/

That was a great idea guys! Can we show that?

And would you be surprised to learn that Richard Spencer’s fans were sending death threats to the employees of Alligator Brewing Company? No? Neither are we! Because you know what sane, rational people Richard Spencer’s people are, and you know only sane, rational people leave death threats, right?

While many are praising the brewery, others are condemning it — the spokesperson said people associated with the Alligator Brewing event have received death threats.

According to the Miami Herald, Spencer’s team has learned of the plan. Instead of allowing community members to get tickets from the university, Spencer’s team will distribute the event tickets themselves, a method designed to “avoid the sabotage,” Cameron Padgett, a Georgia grad student organizing on behalf of Spencer, told the Herald.

The Tall Paul spokesperson declined to comment on specifics when asked whether there would be a change of plans given the new ticket distribution method.

You know if there’s one thing the GOP loves to do it’s beat dead horses. Which is why we’re documenting them in:

This week – we’re going to introduce you to a group calling itself “VDare”. VDare is a product of the Center For American Unity, an organization that promotes white supremacy. In fact the founder of this organization is Peter Brimelow, a guy who wrote a book that is very famous among white supremacists called “Alien Nation”. In case you’re wondering where the name “VDare” comes from – it’s from Virginia Dare, a popular meme among white supremacists, the first white child born in the new world after the first British settlements. So what happened this week when VDare attempted to hold its’ first annual conference?

The Hilton El Conquistador in Tucson, AZ, has canceled plans to host an upcoming “immigration conference” by the white nationalist group VDare. It is the third time this year that VDare has unsuccessfully attempted to schedule a conference.

VDare runs a racist website that’s been heavily criticized by civil rights groups for pushing white nationalism. According to the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), the white nationalist site “regularly publishes articles by prominent white nationalists, race scientists and anti-Semites.” The Anti-Defamation League wrote that VDare is a racist site that “posts, promotes, and archives the work of racists, anti-immigrant figures, and anti-Semites.”

Headlines on VDare include: “One Problem With These Hispanic Immigrants Is Their Disgusting Behavior,” “Indians Aren`t That Intelligent (On Average),” “Diversity Is Strength! It’s Also…Hispanic Immigrants Taking Over FBI’s Ten Most Wanted,” “America Does Not Need ANY Immigrants From Africa,” and “Roll Over, JIHAD—There’s Also HIJRA, Muslim Conquest By Immigration.”

VDare is so bad that even the editor in chief for Breitbart privately called it “racist,” according to reporting by BuzzFeed (despite that private condemnation, Breitbart has publicly defended VDare).

I mean come on, when you’re too extreme for Breitbart, that’s pretty fucking extreme! I mean just ask Infowars correspondent and guy who thinks Ethnic Cleansing is just a new product line from Tide, Mike Cernovich! Excuse me a minute… OK I’m good. He held a joint online conference this weekend where many white supremacist ideas were floated about. I can only imagine the conversation they had. “See son, isn’t open, full breasted suit wearing tiki torch racism more fun than your dad’s closeted white hooded, cross burning racism?”. Can we show that tweet?

https://twitter.com/RightWingWatch/status/921014844710703104

Boy, Harry Potter really let himself go after he quit Hogwarts, didn’t he? He should have taken that semester abroad in Prague! And the cute hearts totally offset the Nazi flag in the background, don’t they? Because if there’s one thing you associate candy hearts with, it’s institutionalized racism! But here’s what they actually talked about:

Lucian Wintrich, a White House reporter for The Gateway Pundit, and Ali Akbar, who are both political activists among the self-described “New Right” movement, split from prior efforts to sanitize and distance their movement from its affiliations with the racist alt-right movement and featured alt-right troll Matt Colligan on their podcast.

On last night’s episode of their livestream podcast, “Wintrich Report,” which drew many viewers after it was shared by New Right activists such as Mike Cernovich, featured a conversation with Matt Colligan—known online as “Millennial Matt”—in which they discussed differences between the two movements, framing the conversation as a civil exchange of ideas. But in this supposed effort to draw a hard line between the two movements, Akbar, Wintrich and Colligan identified a number of shared beliefs, including that white men have been caricatured as evil by “white fat bitches,” according to Akbar, in the media.

“I have a deep fondness for anyone I think is funny,” Wintrich said, expressing his affinity for Colligan and Tim Gionet, a Twitter personality known as “Baked Alaska” who has repeatedly shared Nazi memes online and also appeared at the racist Unite the Right rally.

Because Nazis are so funny and fun-loving aren’t they? I mean really kid, take a break from the laptop and go out into the real world! But getting back to VDare – this isn’t the first time they attempted to hold a conference:

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - UPDATE (8/16): An anti-immigration organization's planned conference in Colorado Springs next year has been canceled.

Cheyenne Mountain Resort canceled the conference following an outcry from many in the community who said they did not want a white nationalist or white nationalist-sympathetic group coming to Colorado Springs.

Cheyenne Mountain Resort issued a brief statement, but did not give an official reason for the event's cancellation.

"Cheyenne Mountain Resort will not be hosting the VDARE Foundation in April of next year. We remain committed to respecting the privacy of guests at the resort."

Nonetheless, Colorado Springs Mayor John Suthers said he was pleased with the resort's decision and speculated why they may have made it.
http://www.kktv.com/content/news/Mayor-Suthers-responds-to-planned-VDARE-conference-in-Colorado-Springs-440537563.html

Hmmmm… a bunch of white supremacists alone in the woods? What could possibly go wrong? And this was back in March! This is where it gets into “dead horse” territory – they attempted a third time to hold a gathering in Yosemite National Park! That’s my state, damn it!

When another article about the conference by liberal research center Media Matters caught the attention of Tenaya Lodge's parent company, Delaware North, the resort moved to cancel the conference. Delaware North tells SFGATE that the hotel regrets the "mistake" of booking them.

"At the time of booking we did not realize this group has values that are in conflict with our embracement of diversity among our employees and guests, including people of different cultures, lifestyles, creeds, nationalities, races and ages," said Glen White, senior manager for Delaware North, in a statement. "We are also concerned that providing meeting space and rooms to this group could be disruptive to our other guests' enjoyment of Tenaya Lodge and the services we provide to those guests."

VDare, however, doesn't view the cancellation as an error, writing on their own site that organizer Lydia Brimelow and her planner were "transparent with Tenaya from the beginning."

"VDARE.com, we informed them, was a politically-oriented site that leaned controversial," Lydia Brimelow wrote. "There would be protestors. We would have security concerns. They should look us up. We repeatedly mentioned that we selected them because of their position on government property and their responsibility thereby to honor freedom of speech and assembly. Tenaya did not disabuse us of this false understanding."
http://www.sfgate.com/news/article/Anti-immigration-group-riled-by-Yosemite-resort-s-10883942.php

So that’s three times! Ding ding ding!!! It’s the douchebag jackpot! But you know one group that at least loves them and even VDare doesn’t know what to do with? Women! Yes, even women can be hardcore racists, too!

In a basement conference room in the Ronald Reagan Center in Washington, D.C., on November 19, 2016, following one of the first alt-right press conferences after the 2016 election, F. Roger Devlin (the “F” stands for Francis) took to the stage with a curious tale about Norwegian women. Their “lizard brains,” he said, were causing them to abandon Norwegian men for Pakistani immigrants, causing a crisis in heterosexual relations among Norwegian whites.

It was familiar territory for Devlin. Devlin is not a household name the way other white nationalist leaders like Richard Spencer are, and he certainly lacks the pomp of some of the far-right’s bombastic hangers-on, such as Milo Yiannopoulos. Yet the self-described “independent scholar” is a major voice on the alt-right, and has been critical in shaping the movement’s understanding of gender, marriage, and the place of white women among its ranks. He is a longtime contributor to far-right publications including The Occidental Quarterly, VDARE, and Counter-Currents. Like many on the intellectual wing of the alt-right, he has mainstream credentials, namely a doctorate in political philosophy from Tulane. But as his work veered right, he began to fancy himself a dissident. In light of the rise in mainstream media attention toward the alt-right movement and women’s role in it, Devlin’s work sheds a great deal of light on a question of what today’s white nationalists think of women’s place in society.

Trump V. Corker: The Bleeda In Reseda

[br]

You know I may have to do a “Lost Entries” edition of the Top 10 when we take our winter break because we have way too many of them. I had a much different entry planned for this edition but I didn’t like the entry. So we got to talk about the Trump V. Corker feud because it’s too damn good, and it’s costing Trump supporters. And that’s a scary thought when you consider that this is happening right now and it’s about to turn states upside down:

Extreme far-right groups across the world have united under the same banner and are actively collaborating to help influence elections and intimidate political opponents, according to a new study by the Institute of Strategic Dialogue (ISD) — and current efforts to disrupt them are lagging far behind.

The report details how far-right activists have broken through divides that for years kept them spread out, disconnected, and distrustful of each other. Now, the internet has allowed far-right groups to “actively seek to overcome ideological and geographic differences for the sake of expanding their influence, reach and impact.” A key part of that impact is coordinated grassroots activities and the weaponization of internet culture, which allows the far-right to “bring about attitude and behavioral change, in particular among the younger generations.”

One example of that international collaboration occurred earlier this year, when supporters across Europe and and the United States crowdfunded $200,000 to help far-right activists charter a 422-ton boat meant to disrupt the rescue of migrants in the Mediterranean. Donations came from France, Germany, the United States, the U.K., Italy and several other countries, and showed how “groups and individuals are prepared to put aside ideological differences… and instead focus on commonality.”

The report also noted how the far-right was using sophisticated media disruption strategies gleaned from military playbooks.

https://thinkprogress.org/report-far-right-intelligence-handbook-d37f1b7af86d/

And that this is also happening:

Former White House chief strategist Stephen Bannon took a victory lap Tuesday after Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) announced he would retire at the end of his term.

Bannon, the Breitbart News chairman who is recruiting primary challengers to GOP incumbents, claimed credit for Flake’s decision not to seek reelection, according to Breitbart’s editor in chief Alex Marlow.

<snip>

Bannon has vowed to recruit primary challengers to all Republican incumbents with the exception of Sen. Ted. Cruz (R-Texas). Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.), who similarly lashed out at Trump on Tuesday, likely would have attracted a Bannon-backed challenger had he not decided to retire after 2018.

Others reportedly in Bannon's crosshairs include Sens. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.), Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) and John Barrasso
http://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/356959-bannon-our-movement-will-defeat-you-in-primaries-or-force-you-to-retire

Yeah BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! So replace a far right regime with an even further right regime? One that delves heavily into Nazi territory? Oh and in case you’re wondering about that, Bannon’s BFF, Milo Yiannopolous, lost a key supporter this week:

Something had set Lane Davis off, but that wasn’t unusual.

It was a clear summer afternoon on July 14, on Samish Island—a small, idyllic community off the northwest coast of Washington state—where Lane, a balding, bearded, Donald Trump-supporting conspiracy theorist and prolific YouTuber and Redditor, known online as Seattle4Truth, lived with his parents.

Lane had spent that Friday morning as he did most mornings, on the internet. This day, like the others, Lane read and retweeted posts celebrating the Second Amendment, bemoaning diversity, and spreading conspiracy theories that alleged Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta was involved in a child sex ring and DNC staffer Seth Rich had been murdered. It was the end of a busy week during which he contributed to the Donald Trump subreddit, and over on The Ralph Retort, a fringe blog where he worked as a political editor, (unpaid, according to the site’s owner), he had celebrated the idea of a Kid Rock Senate run, claimed America was under threat of Sharia law, and wondered whether CNN was “literally ISIS.”

Lane’s parents, Catherine and Charles Davis—Charles was known as Chuck to his friends— were used to their 33-year-old son’s outbursts. They had become so frequent that Charles had started recording the tirades on his phone. But that afternoon, they were tired of Lane’s screaming, wanted him to leave, and told him as much. Instead, Lane chased his parents around their home, spitting in his father’s face while screaming that he wasn’t threatening to kill them, but “pedophiles who were taking over the country.”

Seriously – how many more stories are we going to read about Trump supporters being criminals before we say enough is enough? They should all lose their voting privileges. But that can’t be good for anybody! And fuck you Bannon, you should be in a federal prison instead of on the campaign trail. I mean is it me or does Steve Bannon look like he should be on a registered sex offender list somewhere? Yeah. So Jeff Flake quit, and Trump won’t stop poking Bob Corker. That sounded wrong didn’t it?

President Donald Trump engaged in another feud Tuesday with Sen. Bob Corker, a Republican who has turned into one of the president's chief critics. The latest exchange came hours before the president was set to attend a GOP policy lunch on tax reform.

"Bob Corker, who helped President O give us the bad Iran Deal & couldn't get elected dog catcher in Tennessee, is now fighting Tax Cuts," Trump tweeted, apparently in response to an interview Corker participated in earlier Tuesday on "Good Morning America."

"Corker dropped out of the race in Tennesse when I refused to endorse him, and now is only negative on anything Trump. Look at his record!" he added.

The Tennessee Republican hit back on Twitter, writing: "Same untruths from an utterly untruthful president. #AlertTheDaycareStaff."

Can we throw that tweet up there?

https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/922830229525225477

You know what this is like? It’s like Trump thinks he’s Robin Hood, and Bob Corker is Liddle Bob. So it’s almost kind of like we’re watching The New Adventures Of Robin Hood And Liddle Bob! Thank you! I mean could it get any worse? Well the feud got so bad that this happened:

Republican Sen. Thom Tillis brought popcorn to a lunch meeting with top Senate Republicans and President Donald Trump on Tuesday, poking fun at the escalating feud between Sen. Bob Corker and Trump.

During an appearance on Fox Business Network on Tuesday, Tillis said he would bring popcorn to the meeting, and he followed through with the stunt, tweeting out photos of himself filling a bag from a Senate popcorn machine.

If there’s one thing President Dotard Trump is known for, it’s sympathy. And empathy. Well, judging by the way he treated the shooting victims of Las Vegas. Or by the way he treated the flood victims of Texas, Florida, and Puerto Rico. Or by the way he treated the fire victims of California. My browser is giving me a 404 – file not found error on that one. But even worse than the way Trump treats disaster victims is the way he treated the victims of a base attack in Niger. We talked about this quite a bit last week, but the funerals were this week. But what was their excuse?

The death of four U.S. Special Operations Forces troops in Niger has generated a raucous conversation about how presidents should comfort bereft Gold Star families.

But, quietly, it’s fueling a more difficult debate than whether a phone call or a letter suffices in the aftermath of tragedy; mainly, why were U.S. troops in the country in the first place, and does Congress need to exert more authority when it comes such deployments?

Many lawmakers assiduously duck these questions. But on the Sunday shows, several were forced to address them in the aftermath of four soldiers dying under still-mysterious circumstances near the small town of Tongo Tongo. In the process, two powerful Senators tacitly admitted that they hadn’t even known the extent of U.S. involvement in Niger in the first place.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), one of the chamber’s most hawkish members, told host Chuck Todd on Meet the Press that he didn’t know until recently that a thousand U.S. troops are stationed in Niger.

Yeah that’s why you don’t elect a bunch of incompetent buffoons who have the backing of a batshit insane news network to the highest levels of government – even worse when their president is one of these incompetent buffoons!

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump on Monday disputed a widow's account of a condolence call he made to her following the death of her husband in Niger earlier this month.
Trump tweeted shortly after Myeshia Johnson, the widow of Sgt. La David Johnson, discussed her disappointment with the call on "Good Morning America" Monday morning, saying the President stumbled on her husband's name and suggesting the only reason he knew it was because the report was right in front of him.
"I had a very respectful conversation with the widow of Sgt. La David Johnson, and spoke his name from beginning, without hesitation!" Trump tweeted.

So what’s the difference between Niger and Benghazi? Really the only difference is that a black guy was in charge when Benghazi happened. Too soon? But maybe it’s not.

WASHINGTON -- Lawmakers on Capitol Hill were still searching for answers Tuesday morning about the deaths of four American soldiers in Niger.

Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Joseph Dunford said Monday that U.S. troops waited an hour after the ambush began to call for help. He said it took an additional 60 minutes for French air power to arrive on the scene, but by then it was too late for the four Americans.

CBS News' Major Garrett reports that from President Donald Trump's earliest days in office, he has urged field commanders to carry out more counter-terrorism operations, all the while promising minimum second-guessing from Washington.

Yeah go ahead and smirk, jackass. Any other president this would have been an impeachable offense, but not Trump! Shit, and they called Reagan the “Teflon President”.

The widow of Sgt La David Johnson, speaking publicly for the first time on Monday about a condolence call from Donald Trump that became a national controversy, said the conversation “made me cry even worse”.

She also said Trump forgot the name of her husband, one of four US soldiers killed in Niger this month. Trump countered that claim with a tweet, saying he “spoke his name from beginning, without hesitation!”

Trump was also the target of criticism this weekend from one of the country’s best-known military veterans, the Republican senator and Vietnam war hero John McCain.

Although we’re hoping that the Niger scandal could spell the worst for Trump. But it’s highly unlikely given that the GOP controls the house and the senate, for now. But this could be just the beginning:

Dozens more militants have reportedly crossed the border from Mali into Niger to carry out another ambush on Nigerien troops, not quite three weeks after the mysterious ambush that led to the deaths of four U.S. Special Forces troops. Nearly every American official connected to the deaths of the Green Berets is still struggling to explain exactly what happened.

"I didn't know there was 1,000 troops in Niger," Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., told NBC's Chuck Todd on "Meet the Press" Sunday. Graham, who serves on the Senate Committee on Armed Services, said the Pentagon is "going to brief us next week as to why they were there and what they were doing."

In his most striking admission, the veteran Republican senator added, "We don't know exactly where we're at in the world, militarily, and what we're doing.”

Details of what happened on Oct. 4 in Niger, a large, landlocked and predominantly Muslim nation in West Africa with a population of about 21 million, remain murky. Trump administration officials have largely focused on an increasingly fractious exchange with the family of Sgt. La David Johnson, one of the fallen soldiers, following more than a week of radio silence about the attack.

This has been quite the month for the White Male Pussy Grabber’s Club. If you’re keeping score at home let’s go over the timeline. First Harvey Weinstein is finally brought down after years of abuse, and the stories keep coming. Next – the popular Youtube channel Screen Junkies fired one of its’ founding members Andy Signore – the guy who does the voice of “Honest Trailers” - after years of abuse. Then just this week, director James Toback got taken down after years of abuse. *AND* this week - Marilyn Manson fired his longtime guitarist Twiggy Ramirez after years of abuse, and rape allegations surfaced with former president George HW Bush! I mean holy shit!!! And now there’s Barstool Sports. As a beer drinker, I knew about Barstool Sports but was never a fan of their blog. Think of it like Jimmy Kimmel’s old “The Man Show”, but with more misogyny and more blackout drinking and add a dose of underage drinking. So this week here’s what happened:

ESPN’s newest marriage barely lasted one show.

ESPN President John Skipper announced Monday he was canceling the show “Barstool Van Talk,” the offshoot of Barstool Sports’ popular podcast, “Pardon My Take,” to which the network had given a spot on TV.

Last Monday, a day before co-hosts Dan “Big Cat” Katz and PFT Commenter made their ESPN2 debut in what was supposed to be a weekly 1 a.m. ET slot, controversy erupted over Barstool’s past, notably comments about ESPN’s “Sunday NFL Countdown” host Samantha Ponder.

“Effective immediately, I am cancelling ‘Barstool Van Talk,'” Skipper said in a statement. “While we had approval on the content of the show, I erred in assuming we could distance our efforts from the Barstool site and its conten
http://nypost.com/2017/10/23/espn-cancels-new-barstool-sports-partnership/

Now let’s do one of those things from the TV shows that show how we got to this point. How did we get to this point, you may ask? Well, not even a week before the first episode of “Barstool Van Sports” aired, this story broke:

This afternoon, former Fox Sports college football host Elika Sadeghi told a story about how she recently walked away from a job offer from a sports media company because it asked her to sign an agreement acknowledging that she would willingly work in an environment where she might be exposed to “nudity, sexual scenarios, racial epithets, suggestive gestures, profanity and references to stereotypes.”

Though Sadeghi redacted the name of the company in her tweet, Ryan Glasspiegel of The Big Lead later confirmed that the document in question was created by Barstool Sports. Shortly before Glasspiegel’s tweet, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy published a video confirming that the site did try to hire Sadeghi, and that it recently started asking employees to sign contracts containing that particular clause:

http://memeshappen.com/download.php?memeid=1827

You know I wonder what it must be like when you’re an attorney and you have to come up with various scenarios as to not get sued? I would love to hear those proceedings! But you know here’s the thing – ESPN wanted Barstool Sports but it seems they didn’t do the research. It’s kind of like when a baseball team signs a player for an obscene contract but doesn’t do the research to find out what a loose cannon the guy is.

This week, ESPN premiered a new show on ESPN 2 called Barstool Van Talk, hosted by Barstool Sports personalities and Pardon My Take podcast co-hosts PFT Commenter and Dan Katz. According to sources familiar with the situation, ESPN originally did not want the Barstool Sports name and logo associated with the new show, but caved after Barstool president Dave Portnoy insisted on the branding.

Given that Barstool largely built its audience by publishing openly and aggressively misogynistic and otherwise offensive blog posts, and given that Portnoy remains a source of such content, it’s understandable that ESPN may have preferred to distance themselves from the brand, even as they crave its demographic reach. It’s also laughably predictable that ESPN would give in on this point, intent as they are to seem cool, or subversive, or whatever it is the dang kids are into these days. (ESPN declined to comment for this story.) It’s even less surprising that Portnoy, desperate to stay relevant as Barstool has begun to outgrow him, would be adamant about slapping the signature tag on his company’s biggest success. (Barstool CEO Erika Nardini didn’t respond to multiple email requests for comment from the company or Portnoy.)

Yeah seriously – fucking Google that shit! I mean all it takes is a 5 minute search to know how toxic these guys are, that there have been multiple complaints of harassment, underage drinking, rape and assault… what are these guys hiding? Well, a lot of possible pussy grabbing for one thing! Bringing this back around full circle, guess what founder Dave Portnoy said about Harvey Weinstein?

Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, a guy who once took great pleasure in calling women “cunts,” posed a question to one of his female subordinates live on the radio. The question was: Actually, should Harvey Weinstein be allowed to demand sex from actresses in exchange for roles in movies? Get ready to listen to the world’s dumbest conversation:

Francesca Mariano, the woman to whom the question was posed, told Portnoy that no, she did not think it would be okay for a boss to suggest sex in exchange for advancing a subordinate’s career. Portnoy asked if Weinstein demanding sex in exchange for $1 million was appropriate; that led to a brief digression in which Portnoy, Mariano, and Barstool Radio host Kevin Clancy discussed the merits of legal prostitution.

The conversation returned to Weinstein, at which point Portnoy, who is in charge of a lot of employees at the company he created, attempted to explain how the Hollywood producer may have justified years worth of sexual assault and harassment in his own mind:

Yeah. Google that shit! I mean you don’t go buy a fucking blender from Amazon without reading the 1 star reviews to find out the product has terrible refunds first, right? Because if you had done the research, you would have found this feud between Barstool Sports and cyclists!

A sports blogger known for his trolling antics called for the murder of cyclists on a SiriusXM radio show last week, provoking a response from some of the cycling community’s social-media personalities.

The situation began when Andy Suter, of the edgy but small bike blog Drunk Cyclist, found a 2-year-old post on Barstool Sports, an edgy but enormously popular sports and lifestyle blog, “during a deep, downward spiral into the bowels of the internet.”
Bicycling Newsletter

In 2015, Barstool’s John Feitelberg wrote, “If you’re in my way while I’m trying to get to or from work, then I’m running you over. I don’t care if you’re keeping in shape or saving the environment, you’re dead.”
https://www.bicycling.com/culture/why-cyclists-went-to-war-with-barstool-sports

Yeah BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Holy fuck! Dude, when does it blur the line from comedy into attempted murder? I’m doing a deep dive on this because I didn’t know the extent of the damage these guys were doing. But the feud between ESPN and Barstool isn’t over. Oh no! it’s just beginning!

ESPN’s decision to cancel “Barstool Van Talk” did little to damage Barstool Sports president David Portnoy’s confidence.

It had the opposite effect.

Portnoy responded to ESPN president John Skipper’s Monday announcement, which revealed the network was removing the show’s weekly TV spot less than a week after its debut, with an eight-minute faux-press conference on Twitter.

In it, the 40-year-old Barstool founder argued ESPN’s change of heart served as an example of the sports companies’ distinct trajectories: an unstable ESPN appears to be floundering, while a consistently offending Barstool is thriving, according to Portnoy.

*Church organ begins playing* Yes, friends! Gather around friends! Pass the collection plate, friends!!! Yay, in this most uncertain of times, we often look to the holiest among us. But even then we are reminded that the holiest among us are full of…

Yay, my sons and daughters. Welcome to this most holiest of ceremonies. Because this is when we take a look at thine idiocy surrounding thine Christian right. Yay, I realize I sayeth the word “thine” too much. But who is first on our holiest of journeys this week? Well there's this author who claims that Trump is part of GAWD's plan!

Stephen Strang, whose Charisma media empire relentlessly promoted Donald Trump’s campaign by featuring the voices of those who declared Trump anointed by God, is now relentlessly promoting Strang’s upcoming book, “God and Donald Trump.” A promotional video says the book “explores President Trump’s miraculous victory and what it means for the future of our republic.”

The book won’t be officially out until November 7, but Charisma and its public relations firm Hamilton Strategies have been sending frequent promotional emails for the book since the summer, and promoting it through press releases in the form of articles on the Charisma magazine site.

Charisma has been using current events—such as Trump’s response to hurricane victims and the shooting in Las Vegas and his actions to undermine the Affordable Care Act—as opportunities to praise the president and promote what will clearly be an unabashedly adoring portrayal of Trump.
www.rightwingwatch.org/post/charisma-relentlessly-promoting-god-and-trump-which-depicts-trumps-election-as-miracle/

If Trump is part of the plan the LORD OUR GOD has in store, I would hate to see the DEVIL'S PLAN!!! Well, it takes a con artist to know a con artist as Jim Bakker praiseth Trump in the unholiest of ways!

End Times prepper pastor Jim Bakker said on his television program today that “unsaved people are going insane” because they can’t handle the fact that President Trump honors God.

“Unsaved people are going insane,” he said. “They can’t take it. They can’t believe that a person was elected to the presidency that honored God, that wants to keep the cross on top of your church and Jesus in your heart.”

Bakker said that while Trump “wants to stop killing the babies,” his opponents are fighting to keep abortion legal despite the fact that “this is one of the main reasons … judgment finally came to America.”

“Everybody is for abortion that is still alive,” Bakker said, before quietly admitting, “I don’t know what that means.”
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/jim-bakker-unsaved-people-are-going-insane-because-of-trumps-love-of-god/

Nexteth on thine plate, we have Rick Wiles – you know the end times conspiracy theorist who we’ve profiled extensively in this segment. Well, this week, he is back, and he has an insane theory about the Vegas shooting that you cannot miss.

End Times broadcaster Rick Wiles continues to insist that the recent massacre in Las Vegas was carried out a top secret death squad controlled by a secret world government that is “a gay/lesbian Nazi regime.”

Wiles said on his “TruNews” radio program on Thursday that the reason Jesus Campos, the Mandalay Bay security guard who first encountered the shooter, appeared on Ellen DeGeneres’ show is because she is a lesbian.

“I stand by my claim that this country has death squads,” he said. “We have death squads in this country and it’s being run by a super secret agency, but there is participation at the state and local level.”
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/rick-wiles-las-vegas-massacre-was-carried-out-by-a-gaylesbian-nazi-regime/

Yay, you saveth many troubles, young son Rick! For this is so utterly stupid I can’t thinketh of thine response! Well, you know that movie “Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels”? The Vegas tragedy can be remembered as “Lock, Bump Stocks, And Many Smoking Barrels!”. Thank you! As if that wasn’t enough – we now move on to the touchy subject of sexual harassment in thine workplace. You heard what I said, my sons and daughters. Yay, in the wake of demon spawn Harvey Weinstein, the religious right is crazy and offering their own theories. I give you Tony Perkins:

Tony Perkins, radio host and president of the anti-LGBTQ hate group Family Research Council, blamed the military’s acceptance of gay and transgender service members for creating “moral confusion” that cost a two-star general his job.

During yesterday’s episode of “Washington Watch,” Perkins commented on a USA Today report that a two-star Army general had been fired after an investigation revealed he had sent inappropriate “sexy” text messages to the wife of a soldier. Naturally, Perkins used the story to continue pushing his anti-LGBTQ agenda.

“I think this is wrong, but who says it’s wrong? The military code of conduct? True, but that also said that homosexuality is wrong, but that prohibition is no longer being enforced. In fact, people are punished for not celebrating homosexuality,” Perkins said. “Same was true of transgenderism.”
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/tony-perkins-says-lgbtq-people-in-the-military-creates-moral-confusion-that-makes-men-harass-women/

Yay, that implieth thine facepalm. Thine women who liketh thine bosom and inviteth thine males apparently have no one to blame but thine selves! But it gets stupider, my fair audience! There’s this guy who apparently has no idea how the movie industry works, and is quite literally talking out of thine asshole:

Right-wing pastor Rodney Howard-Browne, who laid hands upon and prayed over President Trump in the Oval Office earlier this year, is a radical conspiracy theorist, a characteristic that was on full display during a sermon he delivered at his church in Florida on Sunday morning.

During the service, Howard-Browne lashed out at Eminem for the attack he delivered against President Trump during a recent awards show, saying that the rapper “tries to think he is from the hood” before declaring that Hollywood and government leaders regularly engage in cannibalism, pedophilia and child sacrifice.

“Give me a break,” Howard-Browne said of Eminem. “A pasty white boy trying to act like he is from the hood. He doesn’t even know what the hood looks like. He’s made money off the hood but he’s about to get put on a hood” because “enough is enough. They’ve mocked the body of Christ for too long, an army of men and women is rising up in this hour. God is answering our prayer, He will not be mocked.”
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/rodney-howard-browne-who-prayed-over-trump-says-hollywood-is-rife-with-human-sacrifice-and-cannibalism/

God will not be mocked? Wait until he gets a hold of this show! Thank you! Of course that’s what they want you to think, Rodney! But do they??? Well they apparently twisteth thine own statements into pure gibberish because apparently they not have any understanding of thine first amendment:

The First Amendment was written only to restrain the actions of Congress, as its first words clearly state: “CONGRESS shall make no law…” Only Congress can violate the First Amendment’s establishment clause, and the only way Congress can do that is by passing a LAW that designates one Christian denomination as the official church of the nation and ordering people to give money to it.

If Congress doesn’t do that, it can do anything else it wants when it comes to religious expression.

Not only is Congress the only entity that can possibly violate the Establishment clause, it is also the only entity that can even possibly violate the Free Exercise clause. That clause flatly forbids CONGRESS (and by extension, the entire federal government) from “prohibiting the free exercise” of religion. This restriction applies to every branch of the federal government. The executive branch is not allowed to prohibit the free exercise of religion in any way and neither is the judicial branch.
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/bryan-fischers-understanding-of-the-first-amendment-fluctuates-to-suit-his-needs/

Yes, even the LORD!!! THY GOD!!! Beith totally speechless on this one!! Seriously, Bryan, go bloweth it out thine asshole! Thank you! But these people couldn’t be any more disgusting, as evidenced by the hate group called “MassResistance” which wants to gross people out with a graphic novel that puts the emphasis on “graphic”:

MassResistance, a vehemently anti-LGBTQ group, has published a nearly 600-page tome called “The Health Hazards of Homosexuality: What the Medical and Psychological Research Reveals,” which it promoted and sold at last weekend’s Values Voter Summit. In the foreword, MassResistance leader Brian Camenker calls it “a unique resource on an untouchable subject.”

In 2015, Camenker spoke at an anti-gay gathering and said that conservative Christians need to view the fight against the LGBTQ movement “as a war, not a church service.” God, he said, has a “very brutal” set of rules “for people who want to tear down society, who want to push immorality, who want to tear down the moral structure of society”: they “must be destroyed.”

In the new book, Camenker is clear that he views it as a political weapon in his war against homosexuality: “We hope that the information in this book will encourage our society to take a step back, understand what the normalization of homosexuality has brought in its wake, and reconsider the course we’re on.”
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/massresistance-wants-to-gross-america-out-with-book-about-gay-sex/

Now you may have heard about all the news about Bill O'Reilly's insane settlement. And he has no one to blame but thyself. And now there's this theory coming from Carl Gallups - who takes the GOP art of victim blaming to a whole new level:

Carl Gallups, a right-wing pastor and conspiracy theorist who spoke at Trump campaign rallies during the 2016 election, spent a portion of his radio program on Friday discussing the idea that women are “sexually assaulting” men by dressing in a provocative manner.

Gallups interviewed Mike Shoesmith, who recently wrote a piece in response to the Hollywood sexual assault scandals arguing that women who wear “sexually suggestive clothing around a man” are legally guilty of sexual assault. While Gallups and Shoesmith repeatedly made clear that they were not excusing or condoning sexual assault against women in any way, they were nevertheless outraged that women are allowed to torment men by “walking around in their little sister’s skirt.”

“Men are visually stimulated and unwanted stimulation should meet the basic definition of assault,” Shoesmith said, asserting that women who dress in a suggestive manner are “guilty of indecent visual assault on a man’s imagination, which does cause mental anguish and torment.”
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/trump-allied-pastor-carl-gallups-says-women-are-sexually-assaulting-men-by-dressing-provocatively/

Yeah BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Something tells me Pastor Carl might have a sex crime investigation or two in his near future. But if you’re Bill O’Reilly on the other hand, he’s apparently mad at GAWD!!!! For allowing him to commit thine sexual harassment.

Bill O'Reilly has repeatedly blamed reports of sexual misconduct on a politically motivated media. On Monday, he admitted that he also blames a higher power.

"You know, am I mad at God? Yeah, I'm mad at him," O'Reilly said on the latest episode of his web series, "No Spin News." "I wish I had more protection. I wish this stuff didn't happen. I can't explain it to you. Yeah, I'm mad at him."

He then said that he derives perspective from the tribulations of others, including Kate Steinle, a woman who was allegedly shot by an undocumented immigrant who has been the subject of numerous O'Reilly commentaries.

O'Reilly's response to allegations of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior has been consistent. He's emphatically denied the claims, insisting that his wealth and fame make him a target for such accusations. And he's denounced the press that has reported on the allegations -- and the ensuing settlements -- as corrupt and desperate to take him down.

Now Bill, GAWD did not make you grabeth thine pussy and pay $32 milliion, that was on you, my son! Yay, mass has ended. May you go in peace! That is it for this week in:

Alex Jones
[br]
[br]

Sigh… you want to know why we can’t have nice things. There’s batshit crazy, and then there’s Infowars, which takes it to a whole new level. And this week he might have sunk to a new all time low, even for him. So when it comes to Alex and children – let’s recap before we get into his latest insanity. He spread false information about a child sex ring running underneath a Washington DC pizza parlor which led to a man shooting up said pizza parlor, putting many people’s lives in jeopardy. He also spread false information about NASA kidnapping children for a colony on Mars. And his own wife said that she was afraid for the safety of her and her children during their divorce trial. That said, here’s how he went off the rails this week. Not that it’s hard for him to do.

Yesterday, the Infowars network floated conspiracy theories about a liberal plot to use drag queens reading books to children in order to “sexualize” them, leading Infowars host Alex Jones to suffer a complete breakdown and nearly throw his chair across his desk into his camera operators.

Yesterday, in the latter half of “The Alex Jones Show,” Jones made numerous allegations that a series of events where drag queens read books to children at public libraries had sinister intentions. By the end of his rant, Jones became completely unhinged and began claiming that the drag queens “have their way with children” in “space alien” and “demon goblin” outfits, even roping in baby giraffes.

Jones led in, “Imagine if someone in a demon outfit,” referring to drag costumes, “showed up next to a baby giraffe and said, ‘Hi, I’m a demon. Be inclusive. Don’t be mean to me. Let me wear demon horns and come up and look like a complete alien from another planet.’”

“They dress up like space aliens all over the United States of America and all over the world,” Jones said of drag queens, “in horrible demon psychopath outfits that make Pennywise look beautiful. And they show up and they have their way with children, in demon outfits. I mean, if you’ve got men that look like 400-pound goblin demons with your children, there’s nothing you won’t put up with.”
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/alex-jones-loses-it-over-drag-queens-reading-books-to-children/

You know what? Let’s show the video from this – it’s quite exquisite:

Dude, he’s losing it big time. Has he ever seen drag queens in person? I have! And guess what? They’re not bad people! Oh and in case you couldn’t help but wonder if Alex Jones has ever sunk further into the realm of Idiocracy, wait until you hear his spin on… well… his spin.

Alex Jones, the conspiracy theorist shock-jock who heads the outlet Infowars, claimed today that his media operation never knowingly spreads false information and blamed any instances in which it does on mainstream media operatives who flood the internet with fake news stories.

Jones was leading into a story about YouTube’s decision to de-list a video uploaded by Infowars editor-at-large Paul Joseph Watson when he went off on a tangent in which he claimed larger forces governing the media publish massive amounts of fake news stories to try to trick Infowars into running fake stories.

“They’ll try to flood the internet with other fake news and hope we pick it up and report it to try to discredit us. But the point is we’re not ever trying to do that on purpose. And when we do it, we’ll tell you about it,” Jones said.
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/alex-jones-claims-infowars-never-knowingly-reports-false-information/

I guess that all meat diet must be going to his head! Or it could be he’s overdosing on products from the Infowars store again? After all this was revealed this week:

“If we want to defeat the globalists,” says Alex Jones in an Infowars video published last year, “we have to understand they’re using medical tyranny against us. But to get us into that globalist-controlled system, they want to make us unhealthy.” He cites fluoridated water, modified crops and cancers deployed as a form of government control.

“We are all under attack,” Jones says, so seriously that one might actually believe him.

Jones may be just the latest in a long line of snake oil salesmen in American history, a carnival barker with magic tonic to sell. His ingenuity lies in combining anti-government conspiracy theory with a robust supplement-selling operation. The Infowars store—“a one-stop shop for the modern conspiracy theorist,” as Charlie Warzel of BuzzFeed once called it—is sort of like the Vitamin Shoppe remodeled by someone who, well, listens a little too closely to Alex Jones. You can find Wake Up America! Coffee (“Patriot Blend”) for the decidedly non-populist price of $17.95 per pound and organic frankincense oil ($19.95), whose “warm and spicy smell” is sure to fend off the New World Order.

But not all of Jones’s offerings are quite as harmless as essential oils or arabica beans. In fact, new research commissioned by the Center for Environmental Health (CEH) has determined that two products sold by Jones contain potentially dangerous levels of the heavy metal lead, which is universally known to be harmful to the body.
http://www.newsweek.com/alex-jones-infowars-supplements-tainted-lead-687019

?w=640

Wow, that one is actually pretty fitting! But guess what? All those heavy metals contain some serious side effects! But before we get to that – here’s the really horrible part about this! It’s not just a little led you ingest when you down a Caveman shake. By the way, never trust anything with the word “Caveman” in it! When you down a Caveman shake, you’re getting a shit load of led!

The most accurate description of the shrieking pageantry we’ve come to know as InfoWars is that it’s a dietary supplement business hiding behind a debased, unreliable, and exhaustingly stupid news network. Unfortunately for its founder Alex Jones, seen above chugging a glass of “Caveman True Paleo Formula,” two of those supplements were recently found to contain high levels of lead.

Besides this Neanderthal Pre-Human Drink Powder, another supplement called Myco-ZX, advertised as “potent herbs and enzymes” intended for the “detoxification of yeast and undesirable fungal organisms,” was also determined to have high levels of lead, according to an independent testing by watchdog group the Center for Environmental Health, the findings of which InfoWars has itself based articles on prior.

According to the CEH, which purchased the samples tested directly from the InfoWars online shop, “People who take the Myco-ZX product would ingest more than six times the daily limit for lead under California law.” Those taking Caveman True Paleo would ingest twice the Californian daily lead limit.
https://gizmodo.com/drink-up-high-lead-levels-found-in-two-infowars-supple-1819630985

Yeah you might want to do that after you drink a Caveman shake, but it may be too late! But that explains a lot about our good friend Alex Jones. In fact these shakes and too much led poisoning have serious side effects!

According to the Mayo Clinic, these are the signs of someone suffering from lead poisoning. Alex Jones exhibits at least three of these symptoms in that one-minute clip above.

— High blood pressure (always)
— Joint and muscle pain
— Difficulties with memory or concentration (he went from talking about Vietnam to gay frogs)
— Headache
— Abdominal pain
— Mood disorders (Alex Jones’ entire existence is a mood disorder)
— Reduced sperm count and abnormal sperm
— Miscarriage, stillbirth or premature birth in pregnant women

If you’re taking InfoWars supplements, stop, and rejoin the rest of us in reality. Otherwise, watch that clip up above again, and stare into your red-faced and very confused future.
https://www.pastemagazine.com/articles/2017/10/alex-jones-infowars-supplements-are-loaded-with-le.html

Yeah too much led may make you do that! But… never fear – Alex Jones has a new BFF! Guess who it is!

Since June, Jones has praised Hannity as “one of the only real journalists left on broadcast and cable television” and happily noted that “the entire evil globalist system that’s anti-human and wants a world where humans are obsolete hates” him. After Hannity called for investigations into high-level officials of the previous administration, Jones said it was “very powerful to see Sean Hannity telling it like it is.” Jones claims that other Fox programming -- with the exception of Lou Dobbs’ Fox Business show -- is part of an anti-Trump conspiracy, saying that at Fox, “only Hannity is still fighting” and calling his show the “pinhole” that is saving Trump from total isolation.

For his part, Hannity sided with Jones after Jones called on NBC to release the full footage of his interview with NBC host Megyn Kelly. According to Jones, Hannity also called him in 2016 to tell him he was doing a “great job” and to say “we appreciate you.”

What seems to please Jones most about Hannity is that Hannity reminds him of himself. In August, Jones announced that “The Sean Hannity Show is now The Alex Jones Show.” And after The Washington Post’s Erik Wemple picked up on parallels between Jones and Hannity, Jones said on his show that “The Washington Post has demonized him saying he’s becoming Alex Jones, that’s good.”

Jones says the reason for the parallels is that both men get their information from the same or similar sources. During his August 21 broadcast, Jones called Hannity “the new Alex Jones” and described supposed meetings between Hannity and unnamed “high level” officials, saying that those officials tell Hannity to listen to what Jones is saying, because Jones knows about “black budget, black ops, globalism, C.O.G.,” referring to continuity of government. Jones has also said that “suddenly Sean Hannity is saying the exact words, the exact facts” that Jones spouts because Hannity gets information from high-level administration officials.

Jenna Jameson
[br]
[br]

So in case you didn’t notice, this week Playboy made history when they posted pictures of the world’s first transgender playmate. Her name is Ines Rau, and she hails from France. And she’s pretty stunning. We will definitely show some pictures of her. So here’s what happened exactly.

Playboy will feature a transgender Playmate in its November issue, the magazine announced Wednesday.

French model Ines Rau, 26, will be the centerfold in the first issue to publish since Playboy's founder Hugh Hefner died in September.

While many women pose nude in the magazine, there is only one Playmate each month, who is featured as the centerfold. Rau is no stranger to the magazine, and previously posed fully nude in a May 2014 issue.

In a statement, Rau said the 2014 spread was how she celebrated coming out as transgender.

“I lived a long time without saying I was transgender,” Rau said in a statement. “I dated a lot and almost forgot. I was scared of never finding a boyfriend and being seen as weird. Then I was like, 'you know, you should just be who you are. It’s a salvation to speak the truth about yourself, whether it’s your gender, sexuality, whatever.'"
https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/nation-now/2017/10/20/playboy-features-model-ines-rau-first-transgender-playmate/783268001/

So here’s what she looks like:

Yeah wow. And while Playboy is getting a lot of praise for this move, well there’s one person who won’t have any of it. Yeah there always has to be a party pooper, and Jenna Jameson is one such party pooper who takes anti-trans rhetoric way too seriously.

Jenna Jameson is not happy with Playboy’s choice to feature its first ever transgender Playmate, the French model Ines Rau, in its November issue.

The former adult entertainer told Fox News, “I just think it’s a ridiculous attempt by Playboy to stay relevant. It is a foolish decision that alienates its consumer base.”

We unsuccessfully reached out to Playboy for comment. But Cooper Hefner, the son of late founder Hugh Hefner, told the New York Times: “It’s the right thing to do. We’re at a moment where gender roles are evolving.”

Jameson, 43, took to Twitter to voice her frustration with the legendary men’s entertainment brand.
https://pagesix.com/2017/10/21/jenna-jameson-slams-playboy-for-first-transgender-playmate/

But you know since one of the things we love to do here at the Top 10 is poke holes in people’s arguments, Ms. Jameson claimed that she wasn’t against trans people. But her Twitter profile and online activity suggest otherwise!

Former porn star Jenna Jameson has stripped away any doubts about how she feels about Playboy featuring its first openly transgender Playmate after publicly slamming the magazine’s decision as “ridiculous” and liking a series of transphobic tweets.

Followings news of French model Ines Rau’s upcoming spread in Playboy’s November-December issue, Jameson, a former Playboy cover model who has since turned to webcam porn, railed against transgender people both on Twitter and to Fox News.

“I have a problem with it just like I have a problem with a transgender competing against biological women in sports,” she tweeted Thursday. “I think it’s setting fire to an iconic brand and pandering to this ridiculous PC world we live in.”

<snip>

Despite that claim, her Twitter activity appears to endorse criticism of LGBTQ individuals, with her liking one Tweet that claims “God created a man and woman for a reason” and “Only mentally ill humans would destroy such a great gift.”

<snip>

She also “liked” a tweet that called the display of transgender models a “freak show” as well as one that insisted that “men want to see women, not some faggity little freak seeking attention from anyone.”

People Are Dumb
[br]
[br]

Oh what’s that time? It’s time for this!

So of course by now you know that people are people, and people are dumb. And there’s a lot of stupid fucking people out there. So much that it’s become a regular feature on this program! So who’s stupid this week? Let’s start by going to guess what state? If you guessed Florida, you are correct sir or madam! And it’s one of my favorite types of stupid news stories at that – fast food rage! I do love a good fast food rage story! I mean come on really – you’re buying shitty food at 7-11, a store that’s even beneath the standards of normal fast food. 7-11 – where you can never be too drunk or too high to enjoy a piping hot plate of liquid chemical cheese, and something remotely resembling corn chips for the low low price of $2. And come on, at 2:00 AM, beggars can’t be choosers.

According to a Melbourne Police Department report, customer Stephanie Hicks, 31, threw the nacho cheese and a sandwich at Laflamme after a dispute over the hot cheese dispenser. Laflamme told cops that she had asked Hicks not to open the dispenser, a request that left Hicks irate and resulted in the patron calling the worker “several names.”

When Hicks sought to pay for her food, Laflamme refused her service. Hicks, cops allege, responded by striking Laflamme with the hot nacho cheese and the sandwich.

While waiting for police to respond to the 7-Eleven, Hicks told Laflamme, “The customer is always right.”

Hicks, who complained that the clerk “started to have an attitude with her,” was arrested for misdemeanor battery for “willfully and intentionally throwing hot cheese and a sandwich at Laflamme with the intent to cause her harm.” Seen above, Hicks was booked into the Brevard County jail, from which she was released after a day behind bars.

At least the cafeteria at Faber College has better quality food than 7-11 does! Hey o!!! Staying in Florida – you know… maybe you don’t use Google to search for “how to rob a bank” before you actually rob a bank!!!

Before robbing a bank Thursday morning, a Florida man prepped for the heist by searching Google for instructions on “how to rob a bank,” police report.

Cops charge that William Johnson, 26, made off with about $2000 from the Achieva Credit Union in Largo. According to a criminal complaint, Johnson handed a teller an envelope with the words “give me money, no bait, I have gun” written on it.

By late afternoon, cops had received multiple phone calls identifying Johnson as the bank robber (the sources had seen bank surveillance photos that police had posted to Facebook). Additionally, Johnson’s mother identified him as the man seen in the bank photos.

During questioning, Johnson reportedly confessed to the robbery and copped to the incriminating Google search. Johnson, cops say, revealed that he was plotting a second bank heist, apparently because he had already spent the proceeds from the October 5 robbery on rent, utilities, and narcotics.

So where do we go next? You know there’s famous and then there’s Youtube famous. And if you’re going for Youtube famous, maybe the guys from Jackass aren’t the best guys to imitate.

Turns out the guy who was arrested on Tuesday morning for jumping over a barrier at the White House was in search of his 15 minutes of fame, or at least a few thousand YouTube views. It follows, naturally, that he was wearing a Pikachu suit.

Curtis Combs, of Kentucky, told officers on the scene that his pre-jump antics were recorded but his big gesture was interrupted by Secret Service officers, so he didn't even get the incident on tape.

Dressed as the Pokemon character, Combs forged ahead anyway, ignoring verbal commands to stop and making it to a restricted area before being apprehended, according to court documents. Combs told investigators that he though they weren't paying attention, and pulled the stunt because "he wanted to become famous and thought jumping the White House fence and posting it to YouTube would make him famous."

Next up – yet more madness from Florida! You know… I have ordered a ton of stuff from Amazon over the years, and I’m sure everyone in this audience has. But I never scored like this!

Some folks getting this surprise delivery would consider it a pot o' gold from the weed gods.

But not this couple.

When an Orlando couple's Amazon order arrived, they thought the four storage bins that had been delivered seemed a bit heavy -- and they were, as the bins were stuffed with 65-pounds of pot, according to Orlando cops, reports WFTV-Ch. 9 in Orlando.

The weed allegedly had been shipped by a Amazon’s Warehouse Deals via UPS from Massachusetts.

Amazon gave them a $150 gift card, according to the report.

Finally this week – we’ve got dumb presidential offspring! You know Donald Trump’s sons Uday and Qusay aren’t known for their intelligence or class. But even this picture has everyone going “WTF”. Can we show that?

President Trump’s eldest son has an uncanny knack for self-owning himself on social media, whether he’s posting hideous memes equating refugees to poison candy, or sharing photos of himself dressed like the world’s least-fucked man. Oh, and let’s not forget the time he implicated himself in Russia’s alleged attempts to influence the US election.

“I can leap the tallest buildings, in a single bound, OK? Nobody can stop trains faster than I can! I can stop the fastest trains! Totally, unbelievable. And nobody is faster than I am! I am the fastest human being on the planet, OK?” That’s it this week for:

Part of our mission statement here at the Top 10 Conservative Idiots is to show you that conservative idiocy isn’t just a problem with America. No, it’s a global problem that is stemming far and wide, and it’s not just America where conservative idiots ruin everything they touch. And if you’re thinking of moving out of the United States just because Donald J. Trump is our current president and our nation is turning to shit, you should know what it is you’re getting into should you decide that you want to leave the country. So if you want a recap of where we’ve been so far, in the last few weeks we’ve discovered that my home state of California has a Russia problem, Japan has a nuclear problem, and South Korea just might go nuclear. Literally. Here’s the tour schedule:

China

Welcome to China everybody! China is a land of many wonders. It’s the home to one of the original man made wonders of the world – the Great Wall Of China! As seen in the recent Matt Damon movie “The Great Wall”:

Because nothing says a movie about ancient China like Matt Damon! China is also the home of Tiananmen Square – where a Chinese student famously stood up against General Mao’s tanks leading to that iconic image that is known around the world. China is also the home to Hong Kong – which famously was a British territory until 1997 when it was annexed by China and became part of the mainland. China is also home to Asia’s gambling mecca of Macau – famously seen in the 2012 James Bond flick Skyfall. That movie also managed to make the Chinese city of Shanghai look absolutely amazing. Think of it like Las Vegas – where half the city is dominated by giant, towering casinos and the rest is dominated by ancient culture – something Las Vegas really doesn’t have much of. There’s also one of the most populated cities in the world – Shanghai that was recently the host of the 2008 summer games. But what else is China the home of? Well it’s the home of crazy dictator Xi Jinping for one thing – a guy so insane he’s about to get his own 14 point political theory!

It will be known as "Xi Jinping Thought" and has 14 principles, the agency says.

The theory is likely to be incorporated into the constitution of the ruling Communist Party, which would strengthen Xi Jinping's position at the top.

He would be the first leader to lend his name to a political theory since Deng Xiaoping, who retired in 1989.

The only other leader to do so was Mao Zedong.

Xinhua says the Communist Party of China has created "Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era".

Yeah because we all know what a sane, rational leader Mao Zedong was! Such a beacon, a shining example of humanity! Yeah, and I’m Elvis Presley! Well at least the deep fried peanut butter, banana and bacon Elvis Presley. Even the least diplomatic diplomat the US ever cooked up – Rex Tillerson, has had enough of his madness:

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson signaled the Trump administration’s growing impatience with China on issues from North Korea to trade, saying now’s the time to go public with concerns that the U.S. has raised privately with the country’s leaders for months.

In an interview at the State Department in Washington, Tillerson said Thursday that the U.S. isn’t necessarily frustrated with China but made clear the administration wants more progress.

“I think it is important that China knows -- OK, we’ve been having these conversations now for about six months,” Tillerson said. “We’re expecting to see some change, we’re expecting to see some movement, whether it’s North Korea, or whether it’s South China Sea, or whether it’s trade.”

Tillerson’s remarks follow a speech he gave Wednesday in which he accused China of undermining the “international, rules-based order” and called it out for “provocative actions in the South China Sea.” He visited China earlier this month and is likely to accompany President Donald Trump on an early November trip through Asia, including a stop in Beijing.

And you know what else China’s the home of? It’s the home of Foxconn – an electronics conglomerate that pretty much manufacturers anything you use that has an on / off switch. In fact I’d be willing to bet good money that the device you’re viewing this on right now was made by Foxconn! And we all know how Foxconn treats its’ low level employees. But what about its’ middle managers?

Hundreds of workers streamed through dark streets, blocking an entrance to an Apple iPhone supplier's factory in eastern China to protest unpaid bonuses and factory reassignments, two witnesses and China Labor Watch, a New York based non-profit group, said Thursday.

The protest Wednesday night at Jabil Inc.'s Green Point factory in Wuxi city prompted Apple to launch an investigation and vow to redress the payment discrepancies. "We are requiring Jabil to send a comprehensive employee survey to ascertain where gaps exist in payment and they must create an action plan that ensures all employees are paid for the promised bonus immediately," Apple said Thursday in an email to China Labor Watch.

The incident highlights the complexity of overseeing global supply chains that can involve hundreds of manufacturers and subcontractors, as well as third-party labor brokers — and their subcontractors — that are tasked with recruiting workers for those factories. Companies differ in the amount of responsibility they are willing to take on. Apple stepped up oversight and disclosure following a spate of negative reports about worker suicides and injuries at suppliers.

Yes holy shit indeed! You know what else China’s the home of? It’s the home of the International Space Station’s far more jankey brother – the Chinese Space Lab! You might have seen this space station in the recent Sandra Bullock space disaster flick “Gravity”. And when it comes crashing to earth in the forthcoming months – it could potentially kill a lot of us and damage a lot of property!

A defunct, yacht-sized Chinese space lab is expected to fall out of orbit and crash to Earth in the coming months.

China launched the eight-tonne Tiangong-1 satellite in 2011. Tiangong means "Heavenly Palace" in Chinese. The satellite, which is 12 metres long and 3.3 metres in diameter, was designed to test technology for a future space station. The Chinese space program used it for a series of spacecraft docking tests and visits from astronauts.

The space lab broke down and stopped functioning in March 2016. That means China's space agency no longer has control of it.

Chinese officials told the UN secretary general in May 2017 that Tiangong-1 was expected to re-enter Earth's atmosphere between October 2017 and April 2018.

I mean seriously – how do you explain that to Geico, Nationwide, or whatever you use for homeowner’s insurance? “Yeah there’s a piece of a fucking space station in my roof!”. China is also the home of one of the world’s most controversial human rights policies – the “one child” policy:

A new study of China’s one-child policy is roiling demography, sparking calls for the field’s leading journal to withdraw the paper. The controversy has ignited a debate over scholarly values in a discipline that some say often prioritizes reducing population growth above all else.

Chinese officials have long claimed that the one-child policy—in place from 1980 to 2016—averted some 400 million births, which they say aided global environmental efforts. Scholars, in turn, have contested that number as flawed. But in a paper published in the journal Demography in August, Daniel Goodkind—an analyst at the U.S. Census Bureau in Suitland, Maryland, who published as an independent researcher—argues that the figure may, in fact, have merit.

By extrapolating from countries that experienced more moderate fertility decline, Goodkind contends that birth-planning policies implemented after 1970 avoided adding between 360 million and 520 million people to China’s population. Because the momentum from that decline will continue into later generations, he suggests, the total avoided population could approach 1 billion by 2060. Some scholars worry such estimates could be used to justify, ex post facto, the policy’s existence, and feel that Goodkind’s criticisms of previous work fall outside the bounds of scholarly decorum.

Yeah I’m not touching that one with a 10 foot pole. Is there anything good we can say about China or are they going to be like South Korea last week where the news got so dark we actually had to switch subjects? Well some good news is that they made your average die-hard Apple fanatic slightly less annoying by killing one of the Apple Watch’s key features:

The single wireless carrier supporting Apple's latest Apple Watch in China has ceased offering service for the device, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.

China Unicom, one of three state-owned wireless carriers, initially offered cellular service for the Apple Watch Series 3 with LTE, but stopped supporting it on September 28, according to the report.

In the United States, the LTE Apple Watch is supported by all four major carriers for an additional charge of $10 per month. LTE service is the primary new feature on this year's Apple Watch model.

Ladies and gentlemen my next guest will most likely get banned in China for this next song. His new album is called “Gemini” and it is quite excellent. Playing his new song “Willy Wonka”, give it up for my man Macklemore!

See you next week! If we still live through this week that is!

Charisma Media Promoting Book Claiming Trump's Election Was A Miracle From God

RIP Kid Rock's Senate Campaign

Well at least he's honest, and he's not going to be a senator. Good. But scary that the polls were that dead heated.
