Which candidate helps most in these 7 Senate races.

We all know how important it is to take back the Senate.
We need to take 3-4 (depending on if we hold Alabama).

Colorado
Arizona
NCarolina
Maine
Iowa
Georgia
Texas

Please fill in the blanks to this question.

Stating unequivocally that I will support whomever is the Democratic nominee in the general election, the person I’d most like to see us nominate is _____________, and the person I’d least like to see us nominate is ______________.

My two names are Elizabeth Warren and John Delaney.

Let's play a game about responding to GOP attacks.

Say your favorite candidate gets the Dem nomination.
What is the main branding the GOP will try to use against them and what would be your response if you were working for our nominee ?

I’ll go first using Warren.

GOP - “Elizabeth Warren has proven herself to be a socialist who is willing to bankrupt our country. Her irresponsible proposals and ideas to redistribute America’s wealth are all fantasy land. This is a woman who was willing to make up a fake family heritage to try to advance her career. She would be a disaster for this country on so many levels.”

(So, their attack is to label her the “Socialist Pocahontas”).

Our response - “ During her time as a College Professor and a U.S.Senator, Elizabeth Warren has always been interested in finding answers to our country’s problems. And not only the problems, but the best solutions. As a proponent of Capitalism with the appropriate amount of regulations and safeguards, she has developed well thought out plans and ways to pay for them. She believes in everyone in this country getting a fair and equal chance at being successful. That’s why growing up with her family in Oklahoma she was proud of a very small, but important, amount of Native American blood that she and her four military brothers shared. And, it’s with that same spirit of courage and bravery that our earliest Americans showed that sparks the passion in Elizabeth to make our brightest days ahead of us for all of the American people”.

Some conservative effeminate man named Noah bashed her

this morning on Morning Joe.
He kept saying that people like Elizabeth and Kamala haven’t demonstrated any knowledge or belief in the Constitution.
WTF?
And I know that whether he was effeminate or not has nothing to do with anything.
Just describing him for someone who might know who he is?

Should Dems avoid major purchases until after Nov 2020?

Not saying we want a really bad recession, but if a slight economic downturn helps get rid of Trump that would be a good thing.
So I’m just wondering if we should postpone buying houses, cars, large furniture, etc.

"Why don't THEY care about THIS ?"

How many times since Trump came down the escalator have you said or thought “why don’t they care about this”?

The THEY might be the media, or Trump voters, or GOP office holders or whomever.
The THIS could be racism, sexism, xenophobia, lying, cheating, or almost anything.

Each new worse, terribly awful thing must be the straw to break the camels back, right?
But nothing ever is.
Maybe the stock market falling under 20,000?

I’m at a loss to understand why we aren’t constantly going all Hong Kong and hitting the streets with pitchforks.

Hypothetical for those who have a favorite candidate.

What is the main or biggest thing that could help your candidate win the nomination?
This can be something internal or external to your candidate.
In other words, something outside of themselves happening or something they can go do or improve upon.

Mine is this: Bernie drops out after S.Carolina and endorses Warren. (probably a pipe dream).

Disturbing number about African Americans and Trump.

I was watching Don Lemons show last night on CNN and he quoted some poll that said 22% of blacks approve of Trumps job performance.
How can it be that high?
