So are the black Democratic candidates/politicians the next Stein/Putin/KGB target?

Seems so.

The same way the KGB used FB and Stein and others to attack you know who, they are now going to go after easy targets on the left.

Easy targets on the left are women and POC, you know, like a couple of people in our recent history.

Double whammy if the target is both a woman and black.

Cases, laws that are NOW on "shaky legal grounds"

Brown v. Board of Education, 1954 (9-0 decision)
Separating black and white students in public schools is unconstitutional.

Loving v. Virginia, 1967 (9-0 decision)
Invalidated state laws prohibiting interracial marriage.

United States v. Nixon, 1974 (8-0 decision)
President cannot use executive privilege to withhold evidence from criminal trial.

Gideon v. Wainwright, 1963 (9-0 decision)
Criminal defendants have a right to an attorney even if they cannot afford one.

New York Times v. Sullivan, 1964 (9-0 decision)
Lawsuits based on libel or defamation must show intent or recklessness.

Miranda v. Arizona, 1966 (5-4 decision)
Prisoners must be advised of their rights before being questioned by police.

Regents of the University of California v. Bakke, 1978 (5-4 decision)
Upheld use of race as one of many factors in college admissions.

Lawrence v. Texas, 2003 (6-3 decision)
Struck down state laws that prohibited sodomy between consenting adults.

National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius, 2012 (5-4 decision)
Upheld the mandate that most Americans have health insurance.

Thanks to what happened last year, these are now ALL on "shaky legal ground."

Oh , and almost forgot

Roe v. Wade, 1973 (7-2 decision)
Women have a constitutional right to an abortion during the first two trimesters.

I am 100% for juries, checked willing, but NEVER get on a jury, can you help me

with my chrome settings maybe?

If it is a "popup", maybe I am doing something wrong. I have them not blocked that I know of, and I have ad blocker which is set to green or "disabled" for DU.

I am a Star member, etc. Not once have I been called, I am on here many hours a day.

Labor Day

This is nostalgia day, we can look back on the America that supported working people by supporting labor unions.

Enough of us, however, were convinced that the problem wasnt the top 1/10th of one percent having more than the bottom 50% COMBINED, no, that wasnt the problem

People being paid wages and receiving benefits allowing them to live decent lives, was.

I say we change the name to "Nostalgia Day"

I am a Democrat, a liberal Democrat, I support the party 100%

At this point in time given the situation we are in, I will not say one critical word of the Democratic Party until which time that we have taken power away from the Nazi racist fascists who now control all branches of our government.

I will support any Democrat on the ballot in November, no matter what.

Just thought I would mention that.
