I guess my point (thanks for putting up with me) is this: Can the 11th circuit and/or SC overrule

or overturn ANY and ALL convictions of trump or anybody else for that matter?

Even though it would be unprecedented, and their legal reasoning would have to be a lie or straight up obstruction etc?

Don't they have that power? Again, I am asking.

Because if the answer is yes, we have to ASSUME it will happen and prepare for it. On the slight chance it doesn't, what is the harm preparing for it?

But how do you prepare for THAT like how do you prepare for judges who will uphold AZ scty of state saying this election and that election is invalid? As this will happen there and elsewhere, we know that.

If the judges are corrupt, there is NOTHING we can do to stop it, legally?

I dont know enough about the documents and the law, but even if he declassified them, if this was anybody else on earth it would not matter, right lawyers?

What is the CRIME (s) the DOJ is seeking to charge him with that could be altered by whether or not he declassified?

I am remembering an attorney on one board who assured me there was NO WAY Gorsuch would overturn Roe.

Anyway, the 11th Circuit hears the Special Master case DOJ appeal, right? 11th Circuit is dominated by not just GOP but TRUMP judges, right?

When I trade my iPhone for a new one with Verizon

And let’s say I have them send it to my house, is the cellular service of that new phone already activated when I get it and already has a new Sim card in it so all I have to do is the quick start to transfer the old phone information to the new phone?

Same would apply for instance if I bought it through Costco and didn’t get it at the store does it come activated to the company I have cell service rep in this case Verizon?


Does the same apply to T-Mobile or AT&T if you know?

CLARIFICATION

Not talking about transferring info from one phone to the other, talking about the phone being ACTIVATED to the cell carrier, is that done before it is shipped?

Due to gerrymandering, we are still behind in the House, I need a number PLEASE

in past elections, lets say 2020, how many votes were cast for a democrat in all House races combined and how many votes were for a republican.

I cant find this info.

i.e. GERRYMANDERING will likely be our end. If X amount of people voted nationwide in HOUSE races, how many of those were for a dem vs a repub vs the other categories, and the answer will absolutely be millions more for dems but I need the numbers please.

I dont know much about the stock market, compared to experts anyway. I have a question.

Is it just a coincidence that often when a new book comes out showing the crimes trump and team committed, or an investigation ramps up, or subpoenas are issued, the market drops big time?

Like yesterday's book about the constant felonies Barr committed.

What is the excuse for today's massive drop?

Is there any connection or am I just pissed and looking for an excuse?

PG&E outage blocks, seems to be a 50 which half of them are in and a 5O

If anyone here works for PGE or understands this, please chime in for a family member.

When you put their address in here

It says they are in 50 outage block, that half of PGE customers are in 50 and people in 50 are not likely to suffer rolling blackouts.

But it shows that 5O will be subject to, and I wanted to make sure there are actually two blocks, one as in the number fifty and one that is the number 5 followed by the letter O.

And are people in 50, fifty, less likely to have a PSPS (I know the website says they are not exempt) because they are on the same grid as emergency services like a hospital?
