It has been reported that many people, republicans, refused to go along with Trumps coup attempt, which is true. What is not being reported is all of these individuals failed to do their duty and warn the news media, the people, of the massive, organized, attempt to over throw our election, our government, our democracy.
People like Pence, Barr, some republicans in congress, people in the DOJ, knew what Trump was up too and they failed to warn anybody. They could have ended it well before Jan 6th. This level of dereliction of duty is dam near traitorous.
People like Pence, Barr, other people in the DOJ, some Republicans in congress should have come together as one and exposed what was about to happen. Not doing so put our democracy at great risk.
Hopefully the Jan. 6th committee will tell this story. People like Pence, Barr and others cannot be remembered as heroes who stood up to Trump. They are the opposite of heroes, they are cowards.
The testimony of AG Barr will be devastating for Trump and his enablers.
In an upcoming interview Barr tells the story of how he told Trump his investigation found no election fraud. He Told Trump the lies he and his enablers were pushing were complete bullshit. That's when Trump fired him. When a presidents own AG tells him there was no election fraud. that's it, case closed. One day Barr will be called to testify under oath about this. Maybe in a court of law.
Trump and his enablers entire defense is based on their belief the election was stolen. That defense is now worthless.
Trump and his enablers knew the election was not stolen, which means this was a conspiracy to commit election fraud and other felonies.
I imagine the committee in the coming months will send a criminal referral to Garland. The evidence is going to be overwhelming. Garland will most likely announce a criminal investigation soon afterwards.
Not only is Barrs testimony going to be devastating, there are also Trump advisors who have testified to the committee that they told Trump he lost the election.
50 Secretaries of State certified the elections. Multiple recounts, audits were done. No fraud was found.
Trump filed over 60 lawsuits claiming the election was stolen. Every single judge told Trump there was no evidence of election fraud Trump and his enablers have not presented one piece of evidence the election was stolen.
Trump and his enablers are screwed and I believe when the indictments start happening people are going to turn to save themselves. I am convinced a lot of people are going to indicted and then convicted.
Putin must believe the people of Ukraine will eventually surrender.
He is going to bomb them, starve them until they can no longer resist, but will that work? I doubt the people of Ukraine will ever truly surrender. Putin is probably going to create one of the biggest humanitarian disasters Europe has seen since WWII. He will face a large insurgency that will kill Russian soldiers one by one.
The people of Ukraine will never forgive him. If Putin captures, kills the President of Ukraine, that will only enrage the people further.
We have to hope the people closet to Putin and the people of Russia rise up and stop Putin before it's too late.
The Willard Hotel: We now know Garland is investigating the headquarters of the Jan 6th attack.
The oath keeper who pled guilty yesterday was charged with seditious conspiracy. That means everyone connected to him is being investigated. This oath keeper was with Roger Stone at the Hotel. That means Roger Stone is being investigated by Garland and everyone connected to Stone, including everyone at the Hotel. This is how investigations work.
This oath keeper has agreed to cooperate fully, which includes testifying. The prosecutors would not have agreed to a plea deal unless this guy has the goods. There is a good chance more and more people are going to turn.
The Jan 6th committee just announced they have evidence of very serious crimes. This evidence will be turned over to Garland.
Put this all together and it is clear Garland is investigating the top people involved in the conspiracy. He started from the bottom, the oath keepers and now he will go after the people at the Willard Hotel, which leads to Trump.
More people are going to be indicted, more people are going to turn. It's just a matter of time.
The Ukraine insurgency Russian troops will face is going to be brutal.
If Putin takes over Ukraine he will then face millions of Ukrainians in an armed insurgency. I have been looking at the pictures of the convoy stalled outside the capital.
It's a narrow road with forests on both sides. A road like that is wide open for hit and run attacks. I bet many of the main roads are like that.
That's what the Russian soldiers are going to face, hit and run attack by hundreds of small groups all across the country. Groups armed with Javelin, stinger missiles. Over time the insurgency will drive Russia out of Ukraine. Someone should remind Putin what happened to Russia in Afghanistan. This will be much worse.
Update on my melanoma.
I just met the surgeon who is going to remove the melanoma from my face. He said I have an aggressive form of melanoma that is very unusually. There were no warning signs. It was discovered by accident. I had a small cyst removed from my cheek bone. The cyst was tested and it was normal. Soon afterwards the doctor had to go back in to remove some scar tissue. The scar tissue tested positive for melanoma.
The doctor said the cyst and the melanoma are not connected, it was a coincidence. Usually a flat dark spot will form on your skin when you get melanoma. I had no warning.
In a couple of weeks they are going to cut out the melanoma, which is in a bad spot right below my eye. They are going to give some type of scan to see if it has spread. That's the key, if it hasn't spread I could live many more years. If it has spread I will be in trouble.
I asked him if my face will be deformed because they are going to have to cut out a pretty big section of my face. He said, this is what I do for living and I'm good at it. He said it will look bad for a while, but over time my face will look fairly normal.
All of the doctors are calling this very unusual. I joke with them saying, I have always been an unusual guy. 
It's amazing how fast things escalated in 6 days.
Putin must be stunned how fast the whole world has united against him. He must be stunned by how the people of Ukraine have been kicking the shit out of his forces. He must be stunned and in complete denial at the same time.
He must still believe he can win somehow, which is proof he has gone mad.
It is clear, Putin has lost his mind. The Russian people must remove him before it's too late.
Putin cannot win and the whole world is cutting him off economically. The Russian people must know he is going to ruin their economy, their lives. They must know he is going to murder thousands of woman and children in Ukraine. They must rise up and remove him from power, kill him if necessary.
