A friend of mine in Fayette County Pennsylvania posted this on Facebook at 2:30 pm...

"Ok voter suppression. I went to vote at the Upper Tyrone Municipal building. They told me that I had requested a mail in ballot, so in their books they have me as voted already. I did not request nor receive a mail in ballot. I told them that and they said then you have to vote with a provisional ballot. I said okay, when do they count provisional votes? They said in two to three weeks. They told me I was the 123rd person that had this same situation. I told them this is a form of voter suppression, voter fraud. They said take it up with your County Commissioner. I'm sure it was all Democrats that this happened to and this was a scheme the republicans came up with. I am not happy, this entire voting atmosphere is infused with crooked trump mindset and that is bullshit."

Several people gave him the number of and urged him to call the ACLU election protection hotline. Upper Tyrone Township is a municipality with around 2,000 residents in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Based on census data from 2010, 23% of the population was under the age of 18 which would mean that hypothetically, there would be approximately 1,460 eligible voters. If all of those eligible voters went to the polls, it would mean that with five and a half hours before the polls close, 12.5% were not able to have their votes recorded today. And we all know that there will never be 100% turnout, so that makes the percentage of unrecorded votes even higher.

The NY Times came to our little town in SW PA and interviewed a friend of ours

about support for Joe Biden in the very red Westmoreland County. She talked about the "secret society" and how we flash each other the peace sign when we pass during our walks.

dRumpf's Presidential Medal of Freedom Recipients

The Presidential Medal of Freedom is an award bestowed by the president of the United States to recognize people who have made "an especially meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of the United States, world peace, cultural or other significant public or private endeavors".

dRumpf’s Presidential Medal of Freedom recipients:

Miriam Adelson - Wife of a Casino Owner who gave millions to his campaign.
Edwin Meese – Former Attorney General who resigned after a scandal involving government contracts.
Orrin Hatch – Useless rethuglican senator.
Babe Ruth – Baseball player who drank a lot, not that there’s anything wrong with that.
Roger Staubach – Goody two-shoes football player.
Tiger Woods – Golfer whose ex-wife hit him with a golf club after he had multiple infidelities.
Jim Ryun – Asshole rethuglican who was a track star.
Jerry West – LA Lakers basketball player.
Mariano Rivera – Baseball player who I actually had to Google.
Roger Penske – NASCAR.
Rush Limbaugh – Drug addict.
Antonin Scalia – Bigot.
Elvis Pressley – Oh well.
Jack Keane – Former General and Fox News Contributor.
Lou Holtz – Asshole.
Alan Page – Great football player who became a judge. I have no idea why he is in this group. According to a news article on NBC Sports“Page has never shied away from letting people know what he thought of Trump, and what he feels he’s doing to the country. He said last year that Trump’s ‘administration has played to’people’s worst fears and has played to people’s racial insecurities.’ When asked what he’d say to the President, Page said he’d be ‘inclined not to want to talk to him’ because ‘you’d probably get more reaction out of the paint on the wall.’”

I sent this email to Senator Pat Toomey today...

Senator Toomey,
I have contacted your office in the past about various issues, but today I am compelled to call again. Last night the President of the United States retweeted a video of a rally held by Cowboys for Trump in New Mexico in which a speaker said, “The only good Democrat is a dead Democrat” and he personally thanked the Cowboys. Are you at all concerned that by sharing that video, the leader of the free world signaled that he condones that statement? As you can probably guess, I am a Democrat so should I be in fear that someone will take up the advice of what was signaled? More so, are you concerned at all about the irrational behaviors of this man? For example. Is it normal for a leader to share tweets referring to Hillary Clinton as a skank, demeaning the appearance of Stacie Abrams, and spreading conspiracy theories about Joe Scarborough? I tried calling your office today and heard the message that due to the pandemic your offices were closed and that your staff was working from home. I commend you for listening to the recommendations of the doctors and experts during this critical time. Are you at all concerned that the person who is supposed to be leading by example during this crisis not only disregards the advice of the experts, but appears more focused on attacking his opponents than attacking the disease? At the end of your message, you advised us to stay safe. I am doing everything I can to stay safe from Covid-19, but in reality I have never felt as unsafe in my life due to the inciteful and divisive actions of the person who is supposedly the Chief Executive of the law in this country. It is my hope that you and the members of your party will at some point stand up and say enough is enough and will employ the checks and balances on this administration and return this country to what the Founders envisioned.

Regarding dRumpf's latest approval rating ....

In order for his numbers to have climbed to 50%, it would mean that a significant number of people who thought he was an incompetent buffoon before the pandemic have now changed their position regarding his competence. I for one do not personally know anyone who has changed his or her opinion about this moron and would be interested to see how many others have had the same experience.
