The Force Was With Hillary Clinton in the 3rd Democratic Debate

The Force Was With Hillary Clinton in the 3rd Democratic Debate
By Ed Kilgore

1. Spinoff earned-media winner: Clinton.

The moment that will almost certainly be replayed the most in the brief period of interest in this low-viewership debate was Clinton's corny but perfectly timed shout-out to the new Star Wars movie at the very end. It was a good example of how a prefab line can match or exceed the impact of any dynamic interaction between candidates. Somebody on Team Clinton deserves a light saber for Christmas.

As for HRC, she's already regained the "inevitability" factor she came into the Invisible Primary carrying. Even if Sanders somehow wins Iowa and New Hampshire, Clinton still has a far more plausible path to the nomination, thanks to her standing in the many states that are not as honkified and activist-dominated as the first two. But the whole world will still be watching her for a stumble. It did not happen at St. Anselm's College.

Bernie Sanders and the DNC: It's war

Bernie Sanders and the DNC: It's war
By Dan Merica, Tom LoBianco and Dan Berman, CNN

Updated 8:11 PM ET, Fri December 18, 2015

Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook let loose Friday evening, with Mook described the incident to reporters Friday evening simply "as a very egregious breach and our data was stolen. And he noted Sanders' petition email, which could be seen as a fundraising pitch for the Vermont senator.

"This is incredibly disappointing," Mook said, before driving the knife deeper. "This is someone who said he was going to run a different kind of campaign. Their staff stole data from their campaign and they are now fundraising off it"

I've never received any mail or phone calls from

The Sanders campaign.

And I better not now because if I do it may be evidence of a crime that has been committed.

Just sayin....

Beware all the SCIENTIFIC polls that show Hillary

wiping the floor with Bernie on the way to a certain victory for the democratic nomination.

Because wishing and hoping and putting blinders on mean way more than reality when your candidate is circling the drain!

Cmon everybody you know is voting Bernie, no one likes Hillary!

Right-Wing Wall St. Financiers Launch Big Money Attack on Clinton

Right-Wing Wall St. Financiers Launch Big Money Attack on Clinton
Super PAC ad funded by wealthy conservatives with ties to Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush.
By Cady Zuvich / The Center for Public Integrity December 10, 2015

Hedge fund managers and investors, together worth billions of dollars, are bankrolling a little-known super PAC that on Tuesday unleashed attack ads against Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton.

Running the operations is Brian O. Walsh, president of Future45. In 2010, Walsh directed a $26 million campaign at “dark money” nonprofit American Action Network — an effort that succeeded in helping Republicans gain control of the House. Walsh left the American Action Network in January.

Weiser, former chairman of the Michigan Republican Party, is chairman of Future45.

Tenn. School Wins Right to Ban Gays and Women Who’ve Had Sex: ‘This Is Who We Are’
The waiver allows the school to ban LGBT students and anyone else who does not fit their religious ideology.
By David Edwards / Raw Story December 10, 2015

A Tennessee university has been granted the right by the federal government to ban students who go against their interpretation of Christianity.

Carson-Newman University President Dr. Randall O’Brien told WVLT that he had filed for a Title IX exemption from the federal government because his attorney recommended it.

The waiver allows the school to ban pregnant students, women who have had an abortion, single mothers, LGBT students and anyone else who does not fit their religious ideology.
