My melanoma nightmare update: One day you may have to make this very tough decision.

I just convinced my oncologist to stop my cancer treatments. I have given many updates about my cancer journey. I have stated it is a crap shoot when it come to cancer. Roll the dice and hope for the best. You have to decide what to do in the end along with your doctor.

I just completed my 13th treatment, I have 5 left. I knew the risks and benefits of my treatments before I started. I knew about the possible side effects.

I had side effects from day one. They were acceptable. Recently they intensified which is normal with immunotherapy treatments.

I was just informed the treatments are now effecting my thyroid. My doctor wanted me to continue with treatments, I have 5 left. He put me on a medication for my thyroid. I told him my body is saying I have had enough. The treatments have worked and now they are working too well. I told my doctor I believe taking the last 5 treatments may cause more harm than good. I was willing to take the risk to stop the treatments. He agreed.

Doctors know more than we do. At the same time, doctors are informed by medical trials and their experience. My treatment is the only FDA approved treatment for the unusual Melanoma I had. To put it simple, doctors sometimes don't have enough information at their disposal. My FDA approved treatment said one year of treatments. There have been no studies about 6 months of treatments. They don't know, 6 months may be enough. It takes many, many years before doctors get all the information they need

Now all I can do is let nature take its course and see if I made the right decision. Someday you may have to make a decision based on gut instinct and live with the results.

I also told my doctor I will be 64 years old soon. I may have 1, 5, 10 good years left, who knows. I am still in good shape except for the melanoma i just went through. I want to live normally as long as possible before everything goes to hell. That is exactly what I am going to do. As I am writing this I am enjoying a nice relaxing glass of brandy.

My doctor understood where I was coming from. He did not give me a hard time about stopping treatments.

When talking to the judge, DA Willis said something more important than the word imminent.

She said future defendants, plural. There is no doubt she is going to indict multiple people. It doesn't matter when, it's going to happen. We all just have to hope one of them is Trump. He was the main focus of her investigation.

I wonder how many lawyers are working for Trump right now. It's insane.

4 Major criminal investigations. Multiple major civil investigations, plus Trump is having lawyers file lawsuits against other people. Who manages this for Trump? How does Trump keep track of which lawyer is doing what? Who pays for this? I have never in my lifetime seen anyone face so many investigations at once. Have you?

January 31, 2023

More evidence the Trump investigations continue to move forward and expanding.

We now have a 4th major criminal investigation before a grand jury in NY. The Willis investigation is complete and will soon bring forth indictments. Please don't ask me when because no one knows. We will know when it happens. It's a waste of time asking when will the indictments happen.

Two people who searched Trumps properties for documents just testified before a Federal Grand Jury. That investigation is also looking into an electronic paper trail when it comes to the documents. Someones laptop?

It is a waste of time and factually incorrect to say Garland or anyone else is doing nothing. It is also a waste of time, misleading, saying, It's been 24 months since this or that happen. So what? That is irrelevent.

Last night Maddow Reminded everyone about this. It was not breaking news.

I have been posting about this for a long time. AG Barr/Trump sabotaged the DOJ. They sabotaged the NY investigations, the Mueller investigation and made it impossible for some of them to be re-opened. Many prosecutors resigned during this time in protest.

Bragg has now re-opened the case into Individual 1. A grand jury is in place. One of the prosecutors who resigned when Bragg shut the investigation down will be on 60 minutes this Sunday and Maddows show on Monday. Bragg may have reopened the case because there may be new evidence, just a guess. Recently the Trump Org was found guilty on 17 counts which may be a factor in Braggs decision.

Some people have been for a long time blaming Garland for this and that. When Garland took over the damage to the investigations were done. The damage to the DOJ was severe and Garland had to clean up the mess.

Georgia State law: Criminal solicitation to commit election fraud.

It is clear to me DA Willis is going to indict multiple people. I have been searching for possible crimes Trump may be charged with.

Criminal solicitation to commit election fraud in the 1st degree is a felony. In the 2nd degree it is a misdemeanor.

I believe Trump is guilty in the first degree with the phone call evidence. If convicted Trump would face 1 to 3 years.

That would be a good start to hold Traitor Trump accountable.

Trump may be facing other more serious charges but they me be harder to prove. One that is interesting is, conspiracy to defraud the people of Georgia of a fair election. Trumps phone call included Meadows and two other lawyers. He conspired with them to have Brad Raffensperger find 11,780 votes. This is a serious felony.

MSNBC: Prosecutors Vance and Litman were just talking about the Georgia investigation.

They said the Judge could make a decision on releasing the grand jury report as early as next week. If he decides to release the report Willis will most likely appeal it. She doesn't want it released for obvious reasons. It could make her job harder. There is testimony from Meadows, Graham, Rudy, etc. She doesn't want that released before she indicts.

Vance believes, going by the grand jury schedule, Willis could indict people in early March. Vance also believes many people will be indicted.

I noticed the cops didn't kill the guy who hit Pelosi in the head with a hammer.

They quickly got him on the ground and arrested him. How could the 5 Memphis cops not do the same with someone who was not armed with a weapon? This is what I do not understand about a lot of these police killings.

How can a group of cops not restrain a single person? Get the person on the ground and cuff him. You don't have to beat a person to death in order to restrain them.

January 29, 2023

We all should be very happy DA Willis used the words, charges are imminent.

It is clear she made up her mind. She is going to bring forth charges. We don't know who she is going to charge yet. We can only guess. We do know she was investigating Trump and others.

We don't know when this will happen yet, but I believe a new grand jury is put in place every two months in Georgia. So it shouldn't take too much longer.

This is just a guess. I believe Willis was telling the judge to hold off releasing the special grand jury report until after she brings forth indictments.

January 27, 2023

I am starting to believe it is judges delaying justice in our country more then prosecutors.

We are seeing it time and time again. I don't know the reasons behind this but judges put things off far too long.

I still can't believe the judge in Georgia can't make a decision when it comes to releasing the Special grand Jury report. That should not take long. Yes or No. If he says no, no one gets hurt. There is no law that says it has to released. If he he says yes, he will only release certain parts , the rest will be redacted. What's the point.

Take a couple of days and make a fucking decision.

Now I hear the Navarro trial is being delayed for months. WTF. It's a contempt trial, not a murder trial. It's a smoking gun case. He did it. Executive privilege is not a defense in this case. There is no reason to delay that trial.
