In my little NH town...heavy turnout, lots more absentees and new registrations. All good for us.

Will's spirit is especially strong with me tonight.

Sons and daughters of seniors should be worried about cuts in Social Security.

If mom and dad can't afford to live without (or with cuts to) SS, guess who will be supporting them. So you guys can add that to the college loans for your kids that you are struggling with. If you are expecting Republicans to help you with these things, I can sell you a bridge that these Republicans also won't repair.

Funny thing about people threatening to leave Twitter...

I keep seeing post from folks who are going to leave Twitter because Musk is going to change them $5 a week. Why not leave because Twitter is a cesspool run my a deranged maniac who is looking more and more like a stand-in for TFG? Leaving because of the money sounds a lot like the people who are going to vote for Republicans because of gas prices.

I need some advice!!! My son, Will, had a cat named Scout. She was a "one-person cat". She sat on

his shoulder everyday as he wrote. Will passed away suddenly 3 weeks ago. We have found a new home for Scout BUT SHE WON"T COME OUT OF HIDING in his apartment. After repeated attempts to catch her, we put a Have-a Heart trap (a large one) in the room where she usually eats and we put food and tuna in the trap. Still no luck. She was last spotted hiding in a small opening (for plumbing) in a kitchen cabinet. She was too far into to the hole to get to. I have a critter rescue guy coming this morning. Any advice or words of wisdom?

Another admission by TFG? In his conversation with Hannity last night, he pretty much admitted that

he sent the classified documents to MAL:

‘It’s declassified,’ even by thinking about it because you’re sending it to Mar-a-Lago or wherever you’re sending it. And there doesn’t have to be a process. There can be a process but there doesn’t have to be. You’re the president. You make that decision. So when you send it, it’s declassified. I declassified everything.”

So, he can't say that these documents left the WH by mistake and he can't blame someone else as he usually likes to do.

How can Trump claim executive privilege if he's not the "executive" anymore? n/t

What happens if the DOJ refuses to hand over the classified documents to the Special Master?

Say the 11th Circuit rules against the DOJ, what then?

The Republicans are telling us who they are. Americans are listening. The guy in New Hampshire

who went from an election denier to an election believer on the morning after he won the Primary; the Governors of Florida and Texas who lured non- English speaking refugee families on a plane and lied to them about where they were going; the candidate out west who admires the Unibomber; the Rep who kicked a peaceful demonstrator on the street in Washington DC.

The masks are coming off.

I'm about to go look at a litter of Main Coon cats. I have a 6 year old dog and a 15 year old cat

here now. Any advice?

We had a rule at my law firm for all lawyers: If, at any time, you believe a client is

asking or expecting you to violate the rules of ethics or the rule of law, you may dismiss that client, no questions asked.

It was always interesting to me to see the look of surprise and relief on the face of a new hire when we told them that.

I would like to believe that for every one lawyer representing Trump, there are dozens who turned him down or walked away before they got burned.
